Don't write off Wiggins just yet! After 9 months (or was that 40 years) of COVID, we're all a bit rusty. We need Wiggins to step up big this year, and we know he can do it. We've seen him do it, just not consistently.
Remember, Wiggins is the key to the Warriors return to championship contention in 2022-23. If Wiggins steps up, we can trade him in the 2021 offseason without giving up the Minnesota pick and without taking back bad contracts. If we can do that, we get a monster trade exception to add a star in the 2022 offseason. The summer of 2022 is when Klay will (inshallah) be at full health, plus Wiseman emerging as a star, Curry still good, and a trade exception to add a star small forward (the hot prospect taken with the Minnesota pick as trade bait) would put the dubs over the top.
If Wiggins makes a star turn this season, the 2023 Larry O is as good as ours!
Fellow denizens of LetsGoWarriors, we need to hype up Wiggins as much as possible! I don't wanna see anything but glowing praise for Andrew Wiggins on this here page!
I don't care what the result for tonight game was, but I'm happy with Wiseman showing some real promise. This team is pretty garbage right now but if we have Dray and Klay to bring some ball movement and spacing, Wiseman could do more damage.
Let Mulder start. That man can make those shots Oubre and Wiggs cannot. Move Oubre to 2nd unit and let him feast. Wiggs should just defend and not do anything offensively again
I know that Wiggins will be the primary focus of criticism tonight and ill admit that tonight he was rife for criticism but next game he'll probably bounce back. Who I have absolutely zero hope for is Poole. He is approaching Jacob Evans level of awfulness. I get one game but you saw glimpses of it in the preseason. That confidence he had shooting all those bricks last year is absolutely gone. He is hesitant with every move he makes, he was clearly one of the worst defenders on the floor tonight, and worst his outside shot is unfixable. Just a matter of guaranteed contract time at this point.

I'll put up a post-game thread real soon.
Watching the Lakers Ring "Ceremony" and realizing McGee is a three time Champ...
Also, Bazemore looked like the Bazemore that played his way out of ATL and POR

Okay folks, Wiseman looks like the real deal. He and Steph could be the focus of an NBA offense.
So let's finish preseason strong this week! Keep it close against the Bucks and start the season strong next week! clap clap
wait a sec

Wiseman really could be something! Goodnight
Good night everyone. See ya all on Xmas.
In like, 6 months to a year, Wiseman is going to have us sweating buckets every time he has to make crunch time FTs, isn't he?
Extended garbage time, but Wiseman with 19 pts (7-13 FG) / 6 reb / 2 stl / 2 PF in 24mins in his debut.
Wiseman about to be the leading scorer tonight.... nooooo he misses the FT. Misses both.
Also going to be a lot harder for Wiseman to get to double-digit rebounds if he keeps making all his shots
haha Wiseman with the heat check long Dirk. Miss.
looks like Wiseman got green light to shoot as much as he wants.
