It was clear to me that the refs are already in mid-season form, blowing their whistles any time a Dubs' player even breathed on a Laker and swallowing them the rest of the time. I had to watch the Lakers' feed and there was some mention of a lot of Laker free throws in their previous game.

TJD went 7 for 9. Does not get enough respect from the coaches. Pod shot very well as did GP2

I am still focused on JK. The coaches have to FORCE him to drive to the hoop when a sliver of room is available to get that 1st big step.. Get the 1st big step, especially when no one else is between him and the hoop except his lone efender. And he has to understand he has the ability to start fast and then slow a little to ensure that he can get to the hoop to DUNK the ball, not shoot it. The % is immensely higher

He had a few opportunities in the 1st half and did not take advantage although he had one powerful left handed dunk on a breakaway. They have got to get him to do this for his primary offesive production, although he went 5 for 8.

0 rebounds and FIVE turnovers was a huge disappointment.

I've yet to watch the game, but I find it interesting that Kuminga's 13 pts/6 ast in 20 minutes doesn't seem to be enough to be a good game due to his 5 turnovers.

Makes me curious and excited to watch the game and evaluate it based on my own merits.

This was a “let him play through mistakes” type of game (granted it was only 20 min). Had some nice finishes, great passes and then a handful of the sort of Kuminga turnovers we’ve become accustomed to. You can see how it would be beneficial to him to have this long of a leash for a season and you can see how it does not fit the win now mode the Warriors have been in.

We can all argue about whether Kuminga is a complete player or fits on this team at this salary.

But one thing we cannot argue: whether Jake LaRavia should get the hell out of the way when Kuminga is coming at him in the open court.

Podz took over that 3rd quarter in a way I didn’t know he was capable of. It was just remarkable.

Ya he did a couple moves and shots in that stretch that I hadn’t seen from him before that were pretty impressive.

Just when I had to step away, too. Now I have to watch a replay or better yet, his highlights to see him show out.

Moses Moody will miss the rest of preseason due to calf issue

The hope is that Moody will be ready for the regular season opener.

I watched the game on computer screen stream.

Warriors lose 126 to 116. The Warriors shot 2 total free throws (both Kuminga makes) through the first 3 quarters. The Lakers shot 35 free throws in the game.

Will Richard played 23:13 and was a -13. He was just 1-6 on threes on 1-3 on twos, but I still liked his floor game (4 assists and 2 steals vs. 2 turnovers and 3 fouls). He hurt the Warriors by missing 7 shots, but he plays the game the right way.

Gui Santos played 19:22 and was a -2. He went 1-5 from the field, all on three point attempts. But again, he had a pretty good floor game with 6 rebounds, 1 assist, and 1 steal vs. just 1 turnover and 1 personal foul.

IMHO, Podz, TJD, GPII, and Cryer all played well. You can see their contributions in the box score, which reflects what I saw on the small screen: https://www.nba.com/game/gsw-vs-lal-0012500004/box-score

Green (-3) played OK except for his 4 turnovers. Hield (+1) played OK, but he was 0-3 from behind the arc and had 3 turnovers. Rowe played OK except for his 2 turnovers.

Kuminga (-10) would have been the secondary star to Podz if not for his 5 turnovers.

The only player whose play disappointed me (other than Bolden, whose defense was exploited by the Lakers) was Officer Pat (-17), who went 3-12 from the field and 1-5 from three with just 1 rebound and 0 assists against 2 turnovers. The Lakers were pressuring him and taking away his passing lanes. This forced him to create his own offense, and he wasn't quite up to the task tonight.

i watched a stream also Never have before and didn't like it. iIt was muted and I could get it to to fill only part of the screen, When I pressed unmute I got las Vegas or sex ads - (no sound with them either ). .I finally used a cable so it played on my t- much better Pat was bad- maybe trying too hard or maybe Lakers wanted to stop his effectiveness- a lesson in case they have to play against him (but less likely for Steph to have a rest game during Lakers than other situations But it destroyed everyone's rhythm, which wouldn't be the case if it was the everyone of a real game. Podz looked very good. I am not seeing anything that leads me to believe they should maintain Rowe as 2 way but maybe he is the right place holder for a while.
