Besides the poor screen from Wiseman in your clip above, he consistently gets poor rebounding position underneath the basket, also in the above clip, rather than in front of it. In that position, the only shot he can rebound is one that goes through the hoop. The shots that miss usually bounce over his head to the rebounder behind him.
Send wiseman to the g league and play kuminga next to jmg and have him in GP2s role, if jmg doesnt workout look for a small ball 5 like beli in the buyout market or through trade
Teams talented, but young. It looked ugly for the most part yet it was close throughout. Maybe this game kickstarts the second unit a bit now that they have a full game of film
They held NO to under 120 points. They challenged them and we saw some players stepping up without the starters in their way. Half court play was very decent. Jerome handling the rock efficiently. He's not flashy, controls the ball, and plays within himself, so unlike Poole. Lamb playing bigger than he is, and Kuminga and Moody having solid outings.
I am still of the mind that Poole and Wiseman don't belong on this team. You can also add JMG who is not really giving us much. Poole is a shooter but he is inefficient. Maybe if he remained a passer, better things would happen. Is he a Kerr system player? Big question for me.
If Jerome keeps this up, I could see DDV being a trade candidate. Way too early to advocate for it, just saying I could see it becoming a conversation.
Poole does not deserve to talk all that smackity smack if he playing so lazy, I can see why Draymond smacked him lol, not that I condone violence of any sort.
Another close, losing game. But the bright silver lining is that the young ones kept up with the Pels all game long. Maybe, Kerr shouldn’t mix them with the vets/starters cuz they seem to play well by themselves.

Poole play better defense than Kyrie Irving? 🤔 🙃
I don't know how many travel calls we got hit with but it sure seemed like a lot.
Here's a crazy thought: Play all the kids again against the Kings.
I think they get a W.

alright you sickos, I watched the game, you happy??
Lol just kidding, I actually really kinda enjoyed this one. We got the Kangz on Monday, but with Mike Brown on board, I'm a little extra nervous

Ty Jerome is what they thought they were getting w Nico Mannion lol

What I will say about Wiseman, I like that even without the core guys, he wasn't forcing shots.
Want to see that more from him. Gotta learn how to play within the flow.
One thing that seemed to always happen his rookie year and much of this year is that the offense seems to gravitate towards getting him shots.
And it did seem like he was making more effort to make contact on his screens. More of that please.
Kuminga is still super rough in spots, but I'm absolutely loving how he's keeping his head up when he gets the ball and trying to find the open man.
I don't think he had that last year (but I may be wrong).

See you there.
Tatum + DeRozan: 37-42 FT tonight. And they weren't even playing the Warriors!
