This staff or team has to be better at realizing how the refs are calling a game. Were there screens for getting Kuminga the ball in motion in the first half or were they just posting him up? Something changed in the second half and he started attacking with speed, suddenly got every call just like the Spurs were all game.
1-5 from the stripe, alas. And the first few misses felt like they came at a critical time when the Spurs were opening up a lead (they they would never relinquish).
When this game went up on the preview schedule graphic last week they showed a mug shot of Steph and of Wembanyama. Instead we got Pat Spencer vs. Dominick Barlow.
Feels like the only hope the Warriors have left of getting into the 7/8 slot is basically sweeping these Mavs/Lakers games. Would not have said that two games ago.
Yes they can definitely do that, but they're just as capable of losing the games that follow. Been the trend all season, I'm not raising my hopes up any longer. This team is not good
I think when they have their main guys they have proven to be pretty good. But Curry is their mainest of main guys so if he's not playing they might be lotto caliber.
Post-game sigh: https://open.substack.com/pub/dubnation/p/post-game-sadly-warriors-without?r=3lm3s&utm_campaign=post&utm_medium=web&showWelcomeOnShare=true

TJD was 11 points on 5-5 shooting, 6 rebounds, 3 blocks, and a steal in 24 minutes and still -5.

Great example of why single-game +/- doesn't mean much.
Brandin hitting that rookie wall
Brandin should have been leading the 2nd unit this game with Steph out and PAUL starting, and KLAY should have been a starter tonight....
Apparently, the wall is hitting back.
Spurs hit more than 17 threes in their win against the Thunder (19/39 threes).

And Barlow won, 19-0
At basketball, sure. Now let's play some LACROSSE baby
No Curry + no GP2 = worst team ever?
So who is this Braham guy and how do we get him.
Branham but I feel you
Shout out Sharon, Lois, and Braham
You know it’s bad when Jason Timpf gets playing time.
😂
Such an embarrassment, playing like this with Roger Federer in the building
5 non-shooters to start the game. I haven’t really questioned Kerr this year. I have no clue what he was thinking.
BINGO
Idk what you mean Draymond’s a sniper, outshooting Bird’s best shooting season ever.
KUMINGAS 👏🏻 NOT 👏🏻 A 👏🏻 3 👏🏻!
at least it wasn't close enough to hurt
Kuminga playing well down the stretch takes off some of the sting, but come on.
Feels like the only hope the Warriors have left of getting into the 7/8 slot is basically sweeping these Mavs/Lakers games. Would not have said that two games ago.
This season is officially a wash to me. Ill still watch tho
The last two games have definitely done a number on their season outlook. Win these next three games though and they'll have new life.

that’s where im at too.

Well they certainly looked good against the bad teams
Well, KLAY sitting on bench late in 4th....guess KERR knows he blew it...
Pat Spencer sighting.
