Draymond taking that contested layup was dumb. We all know he isn't making that shot with any regularity.

Doubly dumb as it came straight out of a timeout where options 1, 2, 3, ..... 1001323 should've been Steph Curry.

Expand full comment

Eh, you take a layup if the other team gives it to you, even if Dray isn't a great finisher. It wasn't really that contested.

Expand full comment

The same could be said for the big three from Smart, after he airballed a yard. Lucky Celts, unlucky us

I have way more faith in a Marcus Smart 3 than a Draymond contested layup.

And Dray cannot control the decisions (smart or dumb) of the opposing team. He can control his own decisions. Whether Boston were lucky or not, we were dumb.

Let’s get news of JTA ASAP please

Expand full comment

I’m worried because he wasn’t bleeding

Expand full comment

He was, that’s why they needed the towels

Expand full comment

Good chance he will be in concussion protocol. Hopefully not required. We’ll see.

Expand full comment

most likely just need some stitches. unless he snapped his neck on the monitors i doubt it’s a concussion too

Expand full comment

That was a lot of burn for no W. Hoping JTA & Steph are ok.

Expand full comment

Sorry Steph :(. I hate Boston sports

Expand full comment

i’m just glad it was competitive tonight and they didn’t get ran out of the building considering boston has been on a tear lately. kind of sucks though because with steph mostly likely out in philly we can pencil this in as a 2 game losing streak.

But luckily, a run of very winnable games for a few weeks after.

Celtics with several players making the cluch plays.

Us, with none others than steph.

If you ask me, the part where we didn't score for three minutes after we went up 6 is where we lost the game.

Expand full comment

Oh well. It was a helluv an entertaining game. Just hoping JTA is ok. And Stephs ankle. I bet he sits Philly out.

Expand full comment

Eh, I don't mind this loss too much. Fantastic game.

Expand full comment

Yeah, I'm broken up about the injuries but the Warriors didn't lose this one, the Celtics won it

Expand full comment

Yeah, felt like we played great offense all game, played hard, didn't commit stupid turnovers, etc.. Maybe could have played better D, but def felt more like a game the other team won. (Bazemore choked FTs were annoying, tho.)

Tatum and Walker in particular were great

Expand full comment

Tatum hit multiple shots over Wiggins' outstretched arms, there's literally nothing you can do about that

Expand full comment

Wiggins played great defense on him down the stretch but I feel like tatum got a couple open ones in the 1st quarter which allowed him to get going

Expand full comment

Thought that's not all on wiggins

Expand full comment

Wiggins was out in the second half of the first quarter though, felt like that's when he heated up

Expand full comment

Loss whatever. JTA and Curry injuries, ugh.

Expand full comment

that successful challenge from boston changed the game

Expand full comment

We deserve this one, i hope Curry is ok, and Toscano make me feel proud to be mexican

A huevo compa

Don’t forget the home cooking, and the one bad call that went against them got overturned

Expand full comment

To be fair, they challenged the call. Kerr didn’t use his challenge

Expand full comment

Yet another Kerr thing to.do

Expand full comment

that last 3 minutes was exhibit A on how to lose a game by the warriors on both ends. steph really did all he could.
