Wizards stun Warriors 110-107 on Beal's clutch 4pt play
Gut punch loss...straight to the intestines.
I had to erase everything I had written up until the Golden State Warriors took a 107-104 lead with 19.5 seconds left in San Francisco over the Washington Wizards. That’s because Andrew Wiggins fouled Bradley Beal on a made three-pointer, and the Dubs gave up the lead on the ensuing made free throw.
The Wizards eventually stole the game, 110-107.
I’m certainly wondering why the Dubs didn’t foul the Wiz up 3 before a shot was taken, but I was doubly stunned that Wiggins fouled Beal in the corner.
