So if things go decently well and there are no major injuries, next season the warriors starting five are ... Steph, Klay, Wiggs, Dray and Looney.
Poole, Wiseman, Moody and Kuminga come off the bench. Maybe (??) JTA, Lee and GP2 all get signed. Fare thee well brothers Bjelica, Igoudala & Porter. Looks like we need a backup 1, 3 and 5. If Dubs can sign three vets at low prices the team could actually be less deep into the luxury tax next year.
Hard to imagine those four bench guys staying on the bench forever. Maybe the call is to trade Wiggs for future picks, cut payroll and free up a spot for the young guns to play some more.
Much depends upon post-season success. If we go deep then no way they get of Wiggins (assuming he's part of why we win).

“Poole led the way with 32 points on 11-of-19 shooting, and a ridiculous 8-of-12 from downtown. Moody had a career high 30 points on 10-of-23 shooting. Kuminga added 16 points of his own on of 6-of-9 shooting.”
The fact that all three had such efficient numbers when they were the focal points of the offense is remarkable. (If you need to proof that it’s remarkable, I’m remarking on that fact right now.)
It’s easy to say “Of course they’re getting wide-open looks with Steph, Klay and Wiggins on the floor”, but that dismissal flew out the window last night. They’re taking smart shots, which tells me they’re smart players that are paying attention to their coaches.
Moody floats his feet forward way too much on his jumper. Need to fix that. Also that take about "future all-stars" is crazy premature (but I hope he's right).
The Splash bros better get out of their far-too-long shooting slump or they might find themselves on the bench.
Hot takes aside, the Dubs have been good offensively, but they’re getting walloped on D every game. Draymond really is the determining factor in terms of championship aspirations. Without him, this team is going nowhere.
Yup, no wonder so many of us loved Moody leading up to the draft. For once, it felt like the Warriors drafted the guy I was hoping for (after I wrongfully freaked out about them taking Kuminga at 7… cmon I didn’t think Moody would be there at 14).
Awesome to see Kuminga and especially Poole continue to ball. Poole vacillates a lot but man his good games are really good for his age.
Watching that video of Moody I was really impressed. The dude listens and has internalized what Steph and others are telling him. Does he really believe it? Who knows. But he is mature enough to pay attention to the Dubs’ media training team, knows what to say and says it. That’s a pretty big step all by itself.
Oh yea and he was huge last night, joyful to watch and made the loss less of a big deal. I hope he gets some meaningful minutes in the playoffs so he feels like he’s a real part of the team’s successes and defeats.
Kyrie with 44 pts (and counting) on 17 fga. o_O
Kawhi doing shoot around pregame. Maybe being the 3rd seed wouldn’t be too bad after all

Wiseman getting in some GL games this Thursday and Sunday according to the Warriors website. Looks like we might see him next week.

I hope he starts next Denver game along with Steph to see how his shooting continues while Denver is doubling Steph.
