When they drafted Poole I don't think anyone thought his college production, or his readiness to play justified it. It was a big bet on three things. 1) He's got serious game. It hadn't all come together to the production level but you can see the skill level. 2) He's got major confidence and swagger. 3) He seemed to have a high level work ethic.
It's pretty cool to see that bet starting to pay off. You can see the game coming through. You can see he's only getting more confident, and you can see that he knows its the work ethic that got him there.
