Lakers keep running out Brown, Walker and Jones and LBJ is just going to quit on this team. Sure PatBev is a terrier on the court (not a typo) but in what universe are those three guys starters? I couldn’t even watch that just to boo.
To be clear: I love it. Lakers disasters are delicious. But I will watch from afar.
Lakers are all excited about how great Russ played coming off the bench. 18 points, eight rebounds and three assists! (6-for-17 overall and 5-for-10 from the free throw line, 5 turnovers). To be fair I guess this is the first time in a while he had a non-negative impact (+0 on/off) so that is something I guess….
Just got home from interviewing at University of Kansas last night. I spent the whole time thinking about Wiggins. Is this a sign that I should work there?
Lol… I know single game +/- doesn’t mean much, but all the lakers starters were negative, and none of the lakers bench were negative. Westbrook a 0 in 32m, LeBron a -13 in 37m
Really good article on Wiseman's recovery. Site won't let me copy/paste quotes though.
EDIT: Oh looks like it was just mobile that prevented copying
> Wiseman credits Jonathan Kuminga’s persistent positivity and point of checking in on him often during his rehab as a strong cable of support. The two have become close, giving feedback about mistakes and asking questions of each other.
> “The most important thing in player development is to anticipate what kind of player he can be, and what kind of fit he can be for your team,” Milojevic continues. “James, he has to be a fit for the Warriors, because he’s playing for the Warriors.”
> The critical thing, for whoever Milojevic is working with but especially a young, returning player like Wiseman, is to focus on one small thing at a time.
> In the lead-up to the 2022-23 season, that meant focusing on Wiseman’s left-handed hook shot.
>
> “And he didn’t do that before,” Milojevic notes. “He started doing it and I’m pretty satisfied with how it’s going. He has a pretty solid right hook also, but let’s maximize left first then we’re going to look on the right also.”
Celtics struggling defensively so far. Doesn't make much sense to me because they are only missing Robert Williams, it's not like they are missing DPOY Marcus Smart.
"I know that you all are surprised by today's announcement. I've been seeking help to deal with previous trauma I suffered and will now take this time to focus on my mental health treatment more fully. I hope to be able to discuss these issues in the future so I can help others who have suffered in a similar way. I appreciate privacy at this time."
Wiseman's Dime interview popped up on Facebook.

The last undefeated team in the league is Milwaukee, currently at 4-0.
The last two winless teams are the Lakers (0-5) and the Kangz (0-4).
Not quite how I expected this season to start, but not that far outside of expectations. Now, Utah and San Antonio being both 4-2, that is a surprise.
We also saw not long ago how competitive the Kings squad was this year. Certainly they can score at least.
I hope the Warriors are disciplined about taking bad teams seriously. Those games will be very nice to have in the Win column when April comes.

Can I just say that I don't care how good he is; I'm glad Irving isn't a Warrior.
So in other news, the Lakers lost.

Wolves gonna beat the Fakers. What a lovely start to the season.
Cavs Celts go to OT.
If Maxey shoots like this with any kind of regularity, that’s gonna be a problem
Two of the Warriors' next opponents got blown out tonight.
think Brady might've cracked the case of Kuminga being out of the rotation…
