If Minnesota has fans, I imagine they're very confused when they play the Warriors and THIS Wiggins comes out. Those dunks on KAT were FIERCE.

Oh yeah, and those alley-oops to Payton allllmost ended Minnesota in the 2nd Q. Unfortunately for us they had a bit more fight in them, especially on the offensive boards, whew! This was the first, maybe second game this season where it really felt like they were out-working us on the glass.

Steph had a quiet night (25 points lol) and the rest of the team played well to stay ahead even when Minny made a run. DLee's absence was felt, as was Draymond's in the second half, but fortunately we still have more guys whose *presence* was felt. Crazy how that works. OPJ with great rebounds, Dre with excellent defense and decision-making, Bjelica with some good shots, drives, and passes... even JTA and Poole, neither of whom had a "great" game, were solid enough they didn't really give Minnesota any leverage.

Looking forward to our toughest test yet vs Chicago.

Whew what a game. The Warriors were so much better that they could have won about 10 challenges this game and they still never let the Wolves back into it.

It was sad to see the refs ruin the rhythm with atrocious calls at every opportunity, and I hope the fans demanded they be escorted from the building after the game.

The dunkfest that blew the game open was phenomenal!

Draymond going down was hurtful.

Wiggins and Looney clearly were saving up all season for this one!

These guys are F’ing giants and they gave it to the wolves and the refs in this one during crunch time.

Go Warriors!

Curry on Wiggs from postgame presser:

Q: How do you try to get that [aggressiveness] out of him a little bit more than just you know if minnesota's here?

A: "That's up to him. You know, the player he wants to be every single night. you know, he's in this league for a reason. he's on this team for a reason. Whatever he needs to find to get that motivation. you know, we're gonna have his back. we're gonna encourage him every single [night]. Part of [it is] knowing how much of an influence and impact he can have. But whatever he wakes up in the morning and wants to, you know, lock in on and show that, you know, everything that happens out there on that floor matters, he can do that."

Kerr: "I haven't talked to our training staff. When he came off the floor, he said it was a bad thigh like .. muscle bruise. He just got kneed in the the thigh, but it was just close to the knee. I have no reason to believe it has anything to do with the joint. [inaudible] ... contusion from what I understand."

One of the odd advantages of the Dubs this year quite different from past years is that they're hard to prepare for 1-10. The dynasty teams were better, but more top heavy. It was like: go ahead, show me a plan to stop Steph KD and Klay. Yeah, good luck.

We're less predictable now. Some teams like let's say Utah are tough, but you kinda know who is going to do what for them. Warriors really haven't played the same game twice. You wanna prepare for Steph? Guess what? Poole. You prepare for him, maybe Iguodala steps up. Porter might go for 10-15, Bjelica might. GPII might go nuts, D. Lee might give you something. Oh you prepared for all that? Here comes Wiggins. Draymond might go for 15. JTA give you something on D, hit a three. It's hella confusing for the opponent.

By the way, Wiggins and Oubre both finally went off on the same night.

Some thoughts:

*Wiggs! Truly deserves the Ender nickname tonight. Were those dunks the best highlights of the season? Were they even in the top 5? You could convince me of either. Because this team is so goddamn fun.

*So much for leading the league in DRB%. They gave up 18 ORebs tonight. That's 1.5 Looneys worth of offensive rebounds.

*Speaking of, Loon! Best game of his season. Of course I feel like he was getting like 3 ORebs on a couple possessions because he would miss two bunnies, but hey, it worked.

*Beli needs to shoot when he's open. He did seem to realize it after he passed up the one egregious chance. He's still got my green light of green light.

*Poole needs to realize that he should have a yellow light not a green light. Stay aggressive. Just maybe not quite that aggressive on 3's. And no heat checks please. At least make 3 shots first. Not one and then heat check.

*Otto. I love OPJ. Just an incredible, incredible fit.

*Iguodala played 25 minutes, missed all 3 of his 3s badly, and still might have been the second best Warrior. Highest +/- of the game.

*Good teams find ways to win games. Keep the train rolling.

Being that Wiggs doubled his expected output, can we expect a donut on Friday?

OPJ needs a shoutout. Right when we needed it he provided a spark and honestly he's been great all season.

Wow. 33 lead changes in the Lakers-Heat game. Most for any game in the last 4 years.

D Lee out tonight hurt a bit, particularly once Draymond went down. Hope it's just the "load management" approach and nothing serious with his hip. Sure nice to have such a deep squad that you still feel comfortable when one of your regular rotation guys is out.

Still doesn't feel real that Klay is less than 2 months from returning. He's been gone for so long. Going to be an emotional night for Dub's fans.
