The combination of beating the two teams pettiest towards the Warriors back-to-back, AND doing it shorthanded with rookies/G-league call-ups?

Absolutely satisfying. #ArrogantSZN about to be back in full force.

I said this in the game thread, but if GP2 and JFK are actual bonafide 3-point threats, it’s hard to imagine anything but health issues stopping this team.

That Otto flurry to end the game might honestly be my favorite sequence of the year. If only he made that last 3

Don't worry guys, Christmas games don't matter. Look at all the past Christmas games where the Dubs lost against a good team on Christmas only to beat them in the playoffs! Besides, we were missing a bunch of our key guys, so this one doesn't really—

—wait, we WHAT? Alright, carry on then.

Amazing! Love that Kuminga got 20 efficient minutes!

NothIng clever to say here. Just so happy with a wonderful family Christmas and a totally satisfying Dubs victory as a cherry on top of a heck of a lot of great food and drink.

Great game. I wonder who Porter will be starting for next season. Heck at this rate maybe he’ll be starting for us once in a while. Curry - Green - OPJ - Wiggins - Looney?

Mavericks put up a good fight, but the Jazz prevail in the end and win 120-116.

GP2 has been a smarter, more efficient version of Kelly Oubre at a fraction of the cost.

Honestly am I more excited for Klay to come back so I can see #11 on the court or so I don't have to see Chiozza any more? Kuminga making his FTs (and his jumpers) is the single best sign for his career. If he keeps playing like this in games like this, he'll keep needing minutes.

Jazz-Mavericks is still a close game???

Just finished watching my recording of the game. Gutty effort by all. And boy do I despise CP3. Those two rip throughs in the first half were such cheap plays. So happy to see him get T'd up late in the game and for the Suns to falter down the stretch. Booker didn't have it today - I like his game a lot but feel that CP3's influence is turning him into a big complainer.

Today's joke: Q: Why does CP3's phone always go straight to voicemail? A: No rings

"The Lakers should explore every possibility to trade Russell Westbrook. Russ will never win a championship with this aloof defense. Not to mention his reckless shot selection. And it's been happening his whole career, even in big moments of playoff games. Russ will never change. Any move involving Westbrook is just so unlikely though and the Lakers have bigger roster issues. And with changes around the edges, Westbrook still needs to evolve to win. Focus hard on defense. Limit shots, and at some point in the playoffs, screen for LeBron. He has it in him."

Eesh, the West really is only three teams deep. Every team past #3 has some major flaws. Nothing going to be easy, but I like the Warriors chances more and more all the time.

Poole's 5th in eFG% (don't ask me why they used this rather than TS%) for high-volume self-creators - https://twitter.com/Baltej_hoops/status/1474827019477258244. Obviously, one of the lowest volume guys (look at Trae on that list, dude is ridiculously underrated) on that list, but it's pretty encouraging. If his pullup jumper makes further strides, dude could be really special.

Just saw this espn panel from this morning about who is better suns or Dubs. "practically unbeatable" was uttered about the. . . . Suns. Sole hold out for the Dubs was Stephen A. The schadenfreude is strong on this one. Keep the receipt. https://youtu.be/KVgfC9TBBPM
