No Wiggs/Poole = 1st real challenge for the Dubs. Next man up. I would reward JK with a start and slide D Lee into Poole's spot. Would like to see JK on the floor with Curry & Dray for some extended minutes. That will give us a much better look at him vs. playing with the B team in TOR. We want to see how he looks IN the system and WITH the System himself.
When they picked Kuminga, I didn't have an opinion because I never saw much of him. I was sure he would be gone by the 7th pick, so I logged time on guys like Barnes, Giddy, Wagner, etc. Obviously, Bob did his due diligence and saw the upside. When all is said and done, I think Mobley, Barnes and Kuminga will be the top 3 (2-way) players in this draft.
We may need to take the training wheels off OPJ in this one, with both Wiggs and JP3 out. Give him 25-30 mins and let him get up 20 fga. I'll take a game like this one...

In 3-5 years, With Kuminga and Wiseman in the frontcourt, we can compete with the other dominant NBA power forward/center combination, the Cleveland Cavaliers :)

If Dubs had picked different, more ‘NBA ready’ guys like Wagner and Sengun, who would they have taken minutes from? Once they had Bjeli, OPJ, Andre, Lee, JTA lined up they could spend those draft picks on longer term bigger swings. Or am I missing something?
