Tonight, NBCSN is re-broadcasting the 2015 Finals Game 5 against the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Our heroes had clawed back to tie the series. They kept Andre Iguodala in the starting lineup the offense kept flowing.

OK. Watched the whole game. Not only did the announcers suck and push twisted narratives, but the refs were also terrible. But LBJ was really good. Even though I would have fouled him out for all his forearm push-offs, and given him a flagrant 1 for shoving Shaun Livingston in the back on Liv's drive to the hoop - that kind of thing can get someone injured. And of course, Delly's cheap hooking of Draymond's arm and pulling him to the floor (resulting in Delly getting his just desserts when his head smacked the floor). And JR Smith's football move into Draymond's set screen that Jackson and Van Gundy had to think twice about whether it was a regular or flagrant. Bull-shit like that: he should have been tossed.
All this and I'm not a homer.
Thanks for the rehash. I also forgot that Dre went 1-10 ft. I do, however, remember feeling very uneasy about his relationship with free throws. Probably stems mostly from this game now that I see that stat.
"I also forgot how much MJax, recently fired previous coach, talked up that Curry sucked this Finals, which is only true if you think getting double teamed on every play and getting your team great shots all over the court is sucking."
Yeah, MJ announcing this series was painful at times. And those types of plays by Curry are some of the reasons I love his game so much. "It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit." (Truman).
