"I think what I’ve come to understand as my biggest oversight from the dormant past couple of years was a lack of patience regarding a team that lost Thompson, Kevin Durant, Iguodala, and Shaun Livingston at the same time… but they kept Curry, Green, and (on a longer delay) Thompson."
In addition to losing Livingston etc we also lost Pachulia, JaVale McGee, and David West.
The down years weren’t that bad compared to the Chris Cohan years. It still felt like the same team as before - just taking a breather. Nice to have Iggy back.
What's your opinion on Looney? To me it looks like it was as good as it could be. I'm glad to see him making a real contribution.
I like how players like Wiggins or OPJ get better when they start playing for the Dubs. That was also true of JaVale.
Toronto seems like the perfect town to rest Steph, he’ll definitely come home with some deserved rest and far fewer claw marks, screw the Raptors fans missing out on a Curry mugging
So if it's Nets-Warriors in the finals, does Kyrie get to play any of the games (home or road)? Would be perfect if he has to sit out the entire series.
So... Poole is in H&S protocols. Since they will be moving from Boston to Toronto tonight, what happens to Poole? Does he stay by himself in Boston until he no longer tests positive? Or a team staff person stays with him? Seems like a bit of a logistics nightmare.
Celtics starting lineup has Marcus Smart, Jaylen Brown, Jayson Tatum, Al Horford, and Robert Williams III. Who will be starting in place of Horford tonight?
Celtics’ Juancho Hernangomez has entered health and safety protocols and is out tonight vs. Warriors. He’s fourth Boston player to enter COVID-19 protocols in the last day.
I’d love to know what the bench was saying to Iggy after that make
Curry plus the super bench: GP2, Bjelly, Iggy, OPJ! to end the quarter

So, let’s review
- Kyrie refuses to get vaccinated, as such can’t play home games
- Team refuses to let him be a part time player
- Team gets hit by COVID outbreak, in large part caused by people who didn’t get vaccinated
- Team allows Kyrie, unvaccinated, to return.

Oh yay, Unvaxxed Kyrie gonna be playing in road games. Seems kind of stupid right now.

Do we have an over/under on players in covid protocol tonight?
up to FOUR now for the Celtics

Austin Rivers sucks!
