I told you guys about Mulder right. You said it's just a small sample size like he is a fluke. Are you changing your opinion?. Imagine having him and curry on the floor. You double curry and leave him to destroy you. Mulder is an insurance policy against box and 1

I know it’s a regular season game.. but that was an embarrassing showing on Denver’s part. I really don’t see the IT factor on their team. Jokic is the foundation but Harris and Murray are way too inconsistent to be dangerous in the playoffs. MPJ might be a problem in the future but he’s still too young.

Olympics could be pushed to end of the year due to covid19 concerns. Would the NBA season pause for their top players to play in the Olympics?

Well, we started the season with basically four guys on max contracts, Looney and WCS in the middle, and eight guys on rookie/minimum contracts. Oh, and as a reminder, none of those rookies were drafted in the first, like, 20 spots. (A couple of the outcasts were.)

Due to injury problems, about two and a half of the 4 max players aren't playing. Both WCS and Loon also missed the beginning of the season to injury. So almost all our minutes have been played by rookies and outcasts.

Just as some of those outcasts started to prove themselves, the trade deadline came calling and ownership decided to cut their losses and save money for the next couple years. So, out went almost every player who had demonstrated value, and in came even more rookies and outcasts. Also, we traded an up-and-coming star for draft picks and the consensus most overpaid guy in the league.

It's no surprise that this team has the worst record in the league. Skilled players are the most important part of winning and the few we have are more injured than not. It remains to be seen whether all the silver linings and faint hopes we see on a nightly basis are a mirage. But we have some positive signs that among all the rookies and outcasts there is hope.

Of the guys who were traded away already, the team found something of value in GRIII, Burks, and Spellman's playing. Eric Paschall already looks like a rotation player, and we have Poole and Bowman who have both been terrible compared to veteran players but may yet grow into solid role players. Smailagic too. Toscano-Anderson looks like a borderline rotation player in his NBA "rookie" season (at age 26, IIRC, he's probably more accurately described as an international player due to his pro experience elsewhere). I forget how many games into the Wiggins experiment we are, but he is putting up career numbers in several important categories. And Chriss is already in the conversation for the best starting center the team could get for next year.

So, the team has a mixed but mostly good record of finding and refining talent. The time and effort invested there will pay off in the quality of players the team can bring to the court next year, in any number of ways.

Right now, we are watching the team mining for talent. Even if they don't strike gold, the other valuable minerals they find along the way will be of worth.

I'm looking forward to some nuggets of gold tonight. And I won't dwell on all the bricks of coal we leave along the way.

The crazy thing is that the Ws haven't been able to shoot OR defend. You'd think these guys should be able to do one or the other at least. Meanwhile, teams like the Rockets seem to be able to stock up on guys who hit the 3...

But in Bob I trust. Hopefully, things turn around when Steph and Klay return.

Well because we have the best and worst shooters in the league .Besides the splash brothers no one else has a reliable jumpshot and the genius Bob Myers traded away all the capable shooters.burks 36% 3pt shooter, GR3 39% 3pt shooter, Spellman 39% 3pt shooter..leaving draymond to take shots with his 26% 3pt average.Poole was drafted to shoot but we found out he can do everything else other than defend and SHOOT..shoots 26% from 3pt range just like his uncle draymond. Paschall isn't a shooter. He is more of a banger..Bowman can't shoot. Damion lee is streaky It's simple.. the F.O needs to find shooters. Players that can actually shoot..The problem is the quality of shooters we have. I believe a guy like Mulder will work out
