We have two legendary playoff closers and one playoff defensive closer.

I hope adrenalin and desperation overrides fatigue and frustration.

Yes, but will the rest of the guys (Podz, Moody, Hield, etc.) will be able to step up? The momentum is on Houston's side right now, and their zone defense has been killer in this series.

It's hard to let those guys do what they do best if we can't secure the ball and get stops. I'm curious to see how our others step up tomorrow in that regard in a true WIN OR GO HOME game.

Well, that's the way the Ballmer bounces.

All I'm asking for is we don't go out like the Clippers. Even if it is the end I don't mind as long as it's a battle. I don't think I can stomach 3 blowouts in a row in Houston

Nuggets beat the Clippers 120-101 and win the series 4-3

Clippers played well in the series. But the Denver altitude was too much for them in the end.

I mean, maybe? We have no idea if that was a deciding factor. I doubt they use it as an excuse.

Denver playing it's starters with 3:30 to go and a 23 point lead.

Holy frijoles.

They could just take a 24 second call each time down the court and win.

30-12 late run by the Clips benchmob … and it doesn’t matter.

Stupid question for this novice WNBa viewer: why couldn’t they just stash the lady that they just cut? Doesn’t she have Top 5 talent?

I think they couldn't stash her because she had already signed her rookie contract.

I really thought the Clippers had a roster worthy of going all the way this year AND Kawhi was healthy yet they couldn’t get it done. Clippers will always Clippers.

I also thought this and am surprised by how this played out. Gotta eat my crow. Still not sure how it happened, thought they had too much depth to gas out like this.

Bball logic doesn't apply to the Clips

That's sort of like saying we need to represent our timezone.

Can't say I care a ton about NBA divisions.
