As long as it references the time all your audio video stuff got stolen (I seem to remeber you saying you’d do it when the dubs had more than 10 steals in a do or die game!)
Depends. What are you going to say about it? If this is one of those "Memphis should have won, I'm pissed off, if only we'd had Taylor Jenkins" things, count me outta here.
Saw this on ESPN and thought "Good, they're finally admitting at least some of their missed calls." But this article makes it sound like the WARRIORS benefitted from a lot of their mistakes! SMH...
Frankly, the difficult personal time he experienced notwithstanding, WIGGS has always been a gamer and fit well with our HOF CORE TRIO; he never let us down, and his defensive and offensive brilliant max effort during our last 'SHIP run was CATALYTIC to attaining RING NO. 4....
Hot takes is part of sports media but Rashad McCants got the worst ones ever man. You can tell when someone is saying for engagement but I feel like this dude actually believes what he's saying is true. He was a bum when he was a player so I guess it makes sense
Agreed. Out of everyone on that show, he has the least to say and what he does say is often wrong. In contrast, Gil and Kenyon usually have some interesting takes even if I often disagree with them.
Edit: Even Nick Young has better takes than Rashad, or at the very least they are more entertaining.
This guy really said the duo of Westbrook/Jokic (that's right, not Murray or even Aaron Gordon) is more of a problem than Jimmy/Steph headed into the playoffs lol
Not sure if this was covered, but I would give Warriors Wonder to the training staffer that worked on Moody's back between shoot around and the game so he was able to play. Pretty sure we are talking about getting ready for Friday and who we'd rather see (uh, Kings, duh) if Moody had been a no-go last night.
My usual approach to commenting in this extraordinary site and community is to maintain the integrity of my thoughts before and after a game, share those thoughts in unadulterated comments that are not influenced by comments by others in the community. After I do that, I usually read EVERY SINGLE comment in the thread, liking and responding to some that I find compelling of a response. My comments on the game, this time, are with an eye ahead on HOUSTON.
THIS WAS AN EXTRAORDINARY GAME, with superb and singular performances and, in fact, a ''strength in numbers'' win. I thought MOODY AND POSTMAN were key performances early in the game, as they helped add spacing and gravity wrinkles for MEMPHIS to consider/deal with, that helped the DUBS tremendously in the second half of the game and the decisive 4th Quarter. BOTH were more impactful and should always get more minutes than HIELD, as should X FACTOR GP2. I thought, even SANTOS with his short stint, should get more minutes vs.HOUSTON than HIELD, also. LOONEY rocked steady in his short role, as usual. PODZ deserves to shoot the ball/assert himself offensively more than he did; he gets a bye and another shot. Not much one may add about DRAY/BUTLER/STEPH that their performance does not speak for itself and delivered the win. JK, TJD, and SPENCER, in that order, should have a 1st shot in the rotation as injuries, matchups, and role opportunity may present VS HOUSTON.
I often have a differing basketball opinion to you Dino but I always appreciate the uniquely indomitable energy that you bring to this fandom ever since the GsoM days and look forward to seeing what you have to say.
We've been there on top of the mountain, haven't we...what a DYNASTIC journey of a bball lifetime these homegrown DUBS took us on...we never messed with the HOF CORE TRIO though, till, sadly, now...
https://dubnationhq.com/p/warriors-escape-grizzlies-get-first WE UP
Do yall want me to talk about this game or nah?
Talk, DANIEL, talk...lol

It's time
I’m expecting the prose equivalent of a grenade celebration.
Shots fired
Lol...you can't shoot the sheriff...deputies gonna getsa...
Boom!
Nah let’s move on, those refs pissed me off
Pop off, GBK
SAY LESS
Depends. What are you going to say about it? If this is one of those "Memphis should have won, I'm pissed off, if only we'd had Taylor Jenkins" things, count me outta here.

Yes please.
YOUR WISH IS MY COMMAND

KLAY THOMPSON RALLYING DALLAS; putting up a shooting and defensive exhibition in the 2d Quarter; DALLAS UP by 23 pts at the HALF.
FYI a few of us gave Klay some love in the other thread, in case you didn't see that there's a newer post
KLAY showed his teammates how to play TEAM BALL the 2d quarter. To no avail the 2d half; me-me-me KIDD BALL.
Bulls are slowing chipping away at Miami's lead, but I'm not sure if they have enough time to make it a close game.

I kinda wish we woulda lost this play in game so I coulda looked forward to playing tomorrow night instead of needing to wait all the way till Sunday.
how about NO!!
Since you're feeling masochistic, are you intending on watching Benn vs Eubank?
No man. Connor Benn got badly exposed as a steroid user and unlike Canelo hes not very likeable or marketable
This is accurate
I hope this is verbal irony...
Do you work for Planters? Because that's nuts
lol
MIAMI IN A ROMP OVER TSICAGO...71-47, at the HALF...HERRO with 23, WIGGS 12, BAM 11.. HERRO WITH A PERFECT 100-100-100 on 8-8 FG, 3-3 3PT, 4-4 FT!!!!
WIGGS with a 50-67-no FTs...BAM with a 40-50-100...HERRO/WIGGS/BAM, ALL, AT +19..
I'm glad Wiggs is playing well; I miss him.
MIAMI COOLING OFF...78-63 5.17 in 3rd...lead down to 15 pts...
Miami only ahead of Chicago by 24 at the half. What's wrong with them?
< /s >
LOL....missing JIMMY...

I don't care, I'm still celebrating! LGW!
(And go Heat! It would be great to see Wiggs in the playoffs again, too. They might have a good chance against the Hawks, too)
Pretty sure I just saw Azubuike on the sideline commentating this Bulls/Heat game
Wait what?
Yeah I looked it up and he works for ESPN Radio too
Good for him
MIAMI UP IN BULLS 39-25 after 1st Qr. HERRO with 16, WIGGS with 10, both shooting lights out....
SloMo with 4 assists, a steal, and a block, but no other counting stats at halftime

I know Moody is young but guarding the best (perimeter) player night after night is a taxing job, he will definitely benefit from a break too.

I appreciate you providing your thoughts, even when they're often of a similar note and counter to my or other commenters thinking Dino!
The appreciation is mutual; agree or disagree does not matter...It is the exchange that enriches...
not sure if this post-game locker room video was posted - but guess who got the game ball before watching it:-)

MDJ has jokes! Can't help wondering how checked out JK looks when Steph high fives him, though it was barely a second.
Didn’t see that coming…ha!
neither did I!
