So it was a good game to turn off in the first Q. Wow Utah's legit.

Ok for the sake of discussion, if developing players wasn't a thing and we were only playing to win games, what's the starting lineup? Oubre for Lee and Wiseman for Looney? Would Wiseman be getting any minutes? It just seems obvious that development is being prioritized over winning in a way that i don't think we've seen before from Kerr with the exception of last year's lost season.

I know wiseman has struggled with defense and rebounding but I really don't feel like he is the issue with our first unit.

We just have no spacing with green and oubre chucking up bricks(also oubre ruining the ball movement) and for some reason they won't let wiseman spot up while curry and green run the pnr.

I feel like if oubre was replaced by lee it would open up the spacing needed for him to show his impact as a vertical spacer

They played tired. Anyone else see Steph stifle that yawn?

Yep I watched the whole game!

Wiseman was great with the garbage time crew! He needs more time there and less with the starting 5 (+16 vs -26.) But I guess he’s essential for creating the garbage time in the first place since Curry was +2 and Draymond was neutral without him.

Oubre was disappointing on D today, especially with the 2nd unit.

Mulder knows the game wayyy better than Poole and needs to get some run with the primary Bench crew. Favorite moment was Poole running around clueless on D, Mulder sees what’s going on and jumps the passing lane to get a perfectly timed steal.

I gave up at halftime; this one was just too miserable. Our defense was a farce and our offense was offensive. The team looked discombobulated and nothing was working. I have no silver linings or positive player ratings for anyone who played in the first half. Up and down the roster guys just played badly.

Just here to lament with everyone else. I didn't expect them to win, but I was secretly hoping they'd be competitive.

Apparently steph took his first shot when we were down 19-2? Doesn't make sense.

Also interesting from kerr: https://twitter.com/anthonyVslater/status/1353199416748855298?s=20

"Most notable Steve Kerr postgame quote when asked about if he remains firm on starting lineup: "There's no doubt that we have to assess everything as a staff, as an organization, how we're looking at this season, what our goals are. Everything is up for adjustments.""

I added to the article a link to a video about the Klay 37 game. That will be a dose of honey after all the nausea.

Paschall does not seem to play well in front of Mitchell. Thought this game would be different.

Poole’s regression has me seriously disappointed. I was expecting so much more from him. He is back to playing pre-G League rookie season. His passing is almost non-existant.

Wiseman is getting really comfortable with his looong 2 pointers- even with an open lane. That is a worry I will not focus on right now, but could be a concern down the road.

Overall another waste of a game, would not have felt as bad if we had handled our business against the Knicks but it is what it is.

Wiggins next step is to consistently affect the game. Too many games he'll just have a couple minutes stretch but outside of that he'll be largely invisible. Today it was that 8 point stretch in the 1st quarter. Had 5 points outside of that.

This team is incredibly frustrating to watch and honestly the most frustrating player for me is Steph. Stop leaving players open at 3... please! At least we didn't see much of 2 players running at one shooters, progress lol

The first couple plays of the game were dogshit, we ran a play to get wiseman a 3, Kelly oubre did a one dribble pull-up in his defenders face, wiggins dribble pull up then draymond missed a corner three, just like that ,down 14-0 and curry hasn't even touched the ball

Glad to see Mannion made a couple threes. His NBA career basically comes down to if he can shoot or not. It looks like he has NBA-level vision but a guy his size needs to be able to hit threes, both pull ups and catch and shoots (if he's a great defender, only catch and shoots are needed, as Beverley has shown).
