If wiggins and porter cant knock there shots down, play kuminga. If poole got the jitters, can barely dribble and cant defend a goddam referee. Play kuminga, hes earned it
The Warriors had a big athleticism deficit going into the series and needed production out of GP2, Wiggins, and Kuminga. With GP2 out the deficit is pretty severe so I don't even really know if Kerr has a choice but to play Kuminga more. Put him on Morant and give Morant the three (which he's making but I don't think anyone except GP2 can take it away), and hope Kuminga doesn't foul if Morant tries to drive on him. The Warriors will be playing 3 of the next 4 at home so just gotta hope that playing in front of the home crowd makes it easier for Kuminga. Also I would not start Poole, I'd start Kuminga. But I don't know if Kerr can get away with that politically.
Also after Brooks got ejected, Ziaire Williams came in and looked way more effective than I expected in this matchup. I assumed he wasn't ready but he honestly might have been more useful to that team than Brooks last night. He makes the size/athleticism disparity even more lopsided. I hope that playing on the road in the playoffs rattles him.
I'm sick to my stomach. This might be too soon, but knowing Lacob, Meyers & Kerr, I feel like the % of GP2 coming back to the Warriors next year just skyrocketed. These guys HATE IT when one of their own go down and it just feels like they would now go out of their way to make sure GP2 gets another crack at these bozos next year. Just win Dubs. Send these guys packing.
And let's give JTA a crack at Morant. Oakland forever.
Watching the Draymond rebound foul on JA in the final minute again and I'm sorry that's just awful. Morant didn't have legal position whatsoever, he's just smaller and fell. That's a play on, ESPECIALLY in playoff basketball. Also it's impossible to guard him when he's carrying luggage on most of these drives.
Like others said, I woke up feeling terrible for GP2. The guy has been nothing but class off the floor and a pain in the ass on it. I have not mentioned it before, but I am pretty convinced one of my twin girls’ first word a couple weeks ago was “gary”. The other one seemed to say “egg”.
Not sure exactly what that means, but GP we love you here more than you know. This is bullshit, not going to sugar coat it, but to the tallest shortest man in the world- our heart is with you. Heal up big man.

The most annoying part of Klays struggles is I feel like he's getting decent shots. He's definitely forcing a lot of bad ones, but he's getting more than enough good looks.
Hopefully his stats after a multiple day rest will show up next game. I didn't think we'd shoot as bad as game 1 and we somehow managed to do worse.
I have decided the following is a fair, mostly non-violent punishment for Mr. Brooks: He gets suspended for Game 3. Then he is required to play all 48 minutes every game for the remainder of the series, and take all of the Grizzlies' shots. Also he has to walk from SF back to Memphis.
Anyone know the process at the NBA now? Do Warriors file a complaint, request a suspension, or whatever? Does mgt. file an insurance claim, etc. How does this unfold?

Dray looked very much unhappy in the postgame. And it was not 'we lost in finals' unhappiness. Sorta "I don't give a damn about your questions and any of this anymore". Hopefully it is just a moment.
OT: Has Dray ever been involved in game ending, let alone season ending injury of an opponent? Not that I can think of.

So Finals start on 6/2, and Game 7 would be on 6/19. There's a chance he plays in that series if we get there... right?
