Post game decompression: Angry Celtics out hustle Warriors, take 2-1 lead
No answer for Tatum, Brown, Golden State loses rebounding battle and momentum
Golden State couldn’t answer the call tonight against a more assertive Boston Celtics team. Draymond Green was not a factor, and the Warriors wheezed across the finish line tonight with a measly 11 point output in the 4th quarter. They also only managed 22 in the first. Really struggling against the high intensity version of the Boston defense.
Golden State got obliterated on the boards too, a rough 31-47; including a Celtics advantage on the offensive glass with 15 to the Warriors’ 7.
More troubling, Stephen Curry got his leg squished again after a Celtics player rolled over on top of him during a scramble for a loose ball. With just one day off ahead of game four it’s going to be a rough re-entry, should he be able to make it. It happened right at the end of the game, so we’ll look for updates tomorrow.
Credit to the Celtics. They brought the game back to their home court and shifted the series. Let’s do it again on Friday.
I dont like that we lost when curry and klay were going off and we had a vintage fourth, feels like a game we should have stole
Kerr suspect rotations.
Poole’s shit D.
Klay daydreaming during rebounds and missing his rotations on D.
Green focusing on his podcast instead of working on his offense.
Steph not getting foul calls, cuz he doesn’t speak up LOUD enough.
This Team is Frustrating but Warriors in 7.
