Loved this. I fully expect the man to be biased for JW given that he is his trainer and invested in his success. However, based on his credentials and resume it doesn't seem to be a person who is full of hot air. Overly optimistic or not, this experienced and respected trainer has high hopes and expectations for Wiseman. I'll take that as a good sign.

His comments about KD and Klay's injuries are very interesting. Sounds like something the Warriors actually need to look at and fix.

He got me at "David Robinson."

Honestly, he could be the guy we start second and fourth quarters with and who can put enough pressure on the defense in the post to make that unit not horrendous offensively. The thought had occurred to me. But if he's anywhere in the same galaxy as good as this trainer says, I'll have been very wrong, and will feast on that humble pie grinning ear to ear.

So did we ever start that pool of who the Covid positives were? People are speculating Wiseman on Twitter and If that's the case, that's a whole week of team practices missed on top of a whole year plus (minus 69 minutes). It'd be fine if that week was during a normal season but now we're talking missing one out of ONLY 2 full weeks of team practice before season begins. If that's the case, I just don't see someone whose scouting report was already critical of his decision making processes on the court being counted on to make a meaningful contribution this year to a system that relies so heavily on pure instinct.

So the point is that Im really really really really really really hoping it's Smailigic and not Wiseman lol

What if the team's focus isnt for him to be rookie of the year? Truth is he needs to average about 18-20pts to be rookie of the year.. on this team, he is about the 5th scoring option.. i honestly dont see that ROY thing happening..he wont get more than 10 shots a game and i dont know how he can become ROY with that. Tell his trainer to cut the crap out..
