Sure, he is good only about every other game, and can shoot you right into or out of a victory, depending on whether his jumper is falling. He can be strangely passive, which is justifiably frustrating and makes people question why he is getting the max. But when he is good, he can contribute to a championship. The downside is, at 30 years old, he's pretty much a fully formed player. He's not going to develop better habits, decision-making or defense like a younger player would tend to do as they improve into their prime. This is what you're going to get.
JP can finish at the rim as well as score rom deep, but he doesn't seem to be paying attention to the appropriate time to take a shot. Will he listen to coaches and veterans ?
Refs aside (I agree it felt unfair), the biggest problem in game 3 was missing shots. We fumbled multiple layups and didn't make enough open 3's. The turnovers and foul imbalance hurt too but most importantly we gotta just make shots.
On defense, less cheating off the corners to step in and risk a foul on help defense. Guys need to know better who's supposed to step in and help, because too often multiple guys are trying to collapse on a drive and that leaves openings for the kickout.
Also, more Wiggins. Please give him the opportunity to dunk LeBron into retirement.
JP, my man. You've been scouted and no one is falling for your herky jerky hesi combo's anymore. Just pick a side to blow by your man and go. Trust me. They will do a triple take wondering what TF just happened.
Am I wrong in thinking the Warriors need to start slow to be able to win games in this series? If they get out to a double digit lead early the refs go into full blown protect LeBron mode and the game becomes very challenging.

In a 3pt game, with 23 seconds left, all 3 referees missed this obvious foul on DeAndre Ayton, who does the old pro trick of pulling Jokic’s shoulder down with his inside hand as he goes to tip it with the other arm. This type of thing has been missed way too often this season.
"TNT broadcasters just asked: Will Nikola Jokic be suspended for Game 5?
Team execs are wondering this too since the rule book says a player should be ejected for entering the stands. Jokic technically just went courtside so there’s room for interpretation. We’ll find out Monday."
I was fine with Poole's last-second shot in the Kings' series, but for some reason, this one had me irate and continued to bug me all day: https://streamable.com/p1q7md
Like, what was his plan there? Why hold the ball so high and not protect it? It's not like he couldn't see LBJ. If he does any one of 6 other things he could have done that's a foul on James or a pass to a wide-open Moody in the corner.

We are still talking about AD, right?

So much talk about Poole sabotaging the team. What if he’s just young and struggling?
What about Draymond sabotaging the team? He’s the one who hasn’t gotten paid for winning. So maybe he’s trying a different tack this year.

Points out AD/Dlo want a friendly game and how that plays into Lebron/Draymond friendship.
Warrior's mistakes vs. Refs. Who to attack, time for Kuminga?

If jokic was wearing a #23 jersey....

“If Jordan Poole returns to form”… do people in this discussion think Jordan Poole is going to return to form in these playoffs?

One thing is certain in the West; whichever two teams of the 4 in the semifinals, reach the West Final, it is going to be one heck of a series....

steve calling game 4 not a must win. he’s right. it’s technically not but please, let’s actually play like we want to win it.

Baffling.
booker has been incredible in the last 2 games. wow. that’s splash bros level efficiency to come back from 0-2.
