The Golden State Warriors are hoping to build some momentum off their big win over the Miami Heat. The Hawks have been playing well recently, but just dropped a game to the lowly Pistons.

It is FRIDAY!

Big news ahead of today’s matchup, rookie Jonathan Kuminga is moving into the starting lineup. Coach Steve Kerr has been finnicky with this, but let’s see if the change sticks this time. Notably, this may also serve to bump some other player rotations around, part of what Kerr discussed earlier regarding tinkering with lineup combinations.

The Warriors are starting Jonathan Kuminga tonight in Atlanta in place of Kevon Looney, per source. Very notable shift. This splits up Draymond Green and Looney, who will likely be paired with Porter off bench.

The only injury update is that unfortunately, Andre Iguodala isn’t quite ready to return to action. He’s getting closer, but today’s not the day apparently.
