The idea is we are smaller faster and more skilled; while they are bigger especially down low but less talented on the perimeter. So let's go style against style. That can work *if* ... you make your shots. But although we were 39% from three, we were 36% from the field overall. You don't see that often, one percentage higher than the other. But it matches the game I watched. The Cav defense down low was suffocating. I think if Kuminga had not puked up the first half, and CP had remembered how to shoot a basketball, we might have had a chance. Well played game by LeBron and co.
Missed the game thread, but watched the last 3Q as I was multi-tasking. I saw lots of amazing defense and lots of inept offense from both units. I mean, sure, part of it was that CLE played great defense, but part of it was poor offensive execution and there also seemed to be a lot of offensive TO and brain-farts.
Oh, and the boards! They were awful. So many missed defensive boards.
He looked better against OKC. No one outside of Steph (who wasn't perfect either with the turnovers) shot well tonight. Cavs defence just stifled everything around the paint.
Well this is only the 7th game of the season in which the team has had a road back to back and only two home games. If he looks like this after the upcoming home stand then it'll be a little bit more concerning.

How the heck did Draymond finish with 18 pts!

A lot of watching on the boards...
Whew .. dodged a bullet ... if we'd had this effort the previous game, our hopes for the NBA cup would have been out the window.

If I had to choose, I'd definitely go for the NBA Cup win. That's a lot of money for coaches and players who don't make as much as the stars.
CP3 had TWO assists tonight.
I see a a lot of fans pleading for a true lob threat for his two man game.
A year too late, he might have gotten some use out of Wiseman
Tough to get an assist if no one can make a shot.
Yeah but he hit a shot. His first ever.
So, we going to get one or the other, and not both?
I wonder if he's making shots in practice like he always has or what.
Streak of beating the Cavs ends tonight. The Dubs can just start a new one Saturday.
FT
Dray + JK: 10-10
Wiggs + TJD: 2-10
Wiseman might score 30 on us tomorrow.
Maybe they'll let him play, think he was in street clothes for their game against the Suns today.
I'll take that bet
Im getting impatient with Wiggins. When is he going to help out?
he took a huge discount, maybe he just wants to play playoffs

Kerr waited to late to put tjd or do something different
He looked good in the two previous games: 17 points 6/11 FGs against the Thunder, and 14 points 6/10 FGs against the Kings
2nd Q for the Warriors was awful. They got outscored 28-15 in that Q.
Brilliant Fitz
I'm hoping they review film and notice that TJD has been (at worst) the second most effective big this game.
On the Warriors.
struth.
Wiggins has been bad I feel most of this season

G’nite folks! See ya tomorrow.
Bounce back tomorrow guys. Bless those legs!
