My partner came home and put our warriors bandana on our dog with about 6 minutes left when the grizzlies were leading 108-99.
This continues a statistically significant trend where the warriors have a pretty good win percentage whenever our dog wears the bandana this year. I’ll need to start tracking the bandana’s +/-….
>>>"We were probably due for one of those. It seems like we've lost four or five of those this year. I'm not sure we really deserved it, but we'll take it." Steve Kerr on the Warriors 11-0 run in the final 4:17 to steal a 114-113 win over the Grizzlies.<<<
Is there stats available for an individual player's total passes? So we can see that Dray has like 7 TOs in 26 (or whatever) total passes. (I made up the 26...it might be less...)
"An estimate of the quality of a players passing | Standardized Load + (Standardized Ast to Load Ratio * 3)+(Standardized Ast to Load Ratio (positional) / 1.75)-(Standardized TOV to Load Ratio * 2)+(Standardized Creation to Load Ratio / 2)+(Standardized Height / 5)"
On a side note, I appreciate u including the formula. Bunch of people use advanced stats without knowing what goes into it, which makes it difficult to contextualize.
Looks like Ty Jerome is on a mins restriction (20 mins). he's played 19-21 mins in every game back since injury. lucky for us, since he forgets how to miss when he plays the dubs
Ty has been excellent since he came back from injury. He scored his average more or less today, I don't think he has any particular animosity towards the Dubs :-)
Melton's hit the wall. His handle is looser and it seems as though he's blowing a tire every time he gets into the paint. Hoping the All Star break will rejuvenate him
The wall is just that he’s not a #1 option, but he’s being asked to play as ours right now. We have 3 guys on the current roster who can/should actually be filling that role but they are all injured.
Melton thrives when playing off of the space created by Steph/Jimmy (and maybe now KP). He’ll be back to being really solid once Steph is back imo
I think he’s also being defended by better defenders without Steph and Jimmy now. Teams are probably giving him more focus since he’s maybe the best shot creator we have right now.
I have never heard of a *player* trying to lose a game to tank. But the coaches and ownership can quietly want to tank and can coach that way, for instance by taking their key players out in the 4th quarter. So Cam’s last un-shot was almost certainly just a mistake.
I don’t think the league is going to come down on the grizzlies for not playing a guy who just came back from a long injury or an old man heavy minutes
Ty Jerome is exactly what the Dubs need. And for some reason, he seems to always want to take it to us. Which is weird because it was Steve Kerr that played him enough for the Cavs to sign him originally and the Dubs could not match his $$ by rule. So, I'm definitely jealous the Grizz have him for 3/$21M. But thank you, Memphis, for not putting him back in down the stretch.
Jerome's super power is the big chip he carries on his shoulder. He was confident as hell even as a 2-way player on the Dubs. Reminds me of Pat Spencer, but with a lot more basketball talent
This may have been addressed earlier, while I'm not a particularly big fan of Isaiah Stewart, I am all in favor of him punching Miles Bridges.
If he was going to punch someone, I'm definitely glad it was Bridges

Better tanking job? Draymond or the Grizzlies?
Anyone planning to watch the Goat!
reviews are not too good unfortunately:-( I plan to see it for sure - nto sure when though!

88% based on 16 critics reviews on Rotten Tomatoes. 59/100 based on 8 critics reviews on Metacritic.

Early reviews suggest that the movie's plot is generic, but the animation is good and the movie is entertaining.

This might seem ridiculous, but is Ty Jerome a better basketball player than Ja Morant?

don't know. But there is a passer rating.

Davion Mitchell #1 overall!
Of which, Draymond ranks in the 96th percentile.

Al is definitely Warrior Wonder but why is Gui not even in the poll?
oops, I meant to put Gui Santos instead of Draymond… that’s what Other is for I guess
That's why I picked Other! 😇But Horford was certainly deserving as well.

The Heat lost to the tanking Jazz tonight, so a win is not fully guaranteed even if the opposing team is trying to lose.
The players never actually try to lose. Well, almost never.

Klay shot the ball backwards this season on accident before the Mavs were even thinking about blowing it up. Sometimes the ball is slippery lol
Do you think the league will do anything? Grizz weren't fooling anyone tonight
I hope so, it’s getting ridiculous. I’m strongly anti-tanking… it’s welfare cheating.
I don’t think the league is going to come down on the grizzlies for not playing a guy who just came back from a long injury or an old man heavy minutes
