Did not like how Draymond acted ...when he missed the bounce pass to Moody - if anything he will be the guy that fucks up this season with tris ego - he is yet to tangle with CP3
I was just saying that because some people outside the USA might not know the racist connotations of calling a black person a monkey. I figured you didn't mean anything by it so was just giving you a heads up.
And yeah it looked pretty harsh, but then Moody has mentioned that Draymond is his #1 vet so I don't know what type of relationship they have, Moody might be fine with it.
I love that you called me out - thank you. I straddle east and west and absolutely understand this negative connotation- so sorry again- that was not my intent 🙏🏾
Defensive rebounds were significantly in the kings favor - that was it - also kings shot at 39% clip and despite that they kept it close - rebounds were the reason.
God we're so lucky to have CP3 to keep the bench unit playing mostly mistake free basketball when the starters were sloppy with the ball. We would have hit 25 turnovers with JP out there manning that unit lol
I just realized something about JK. Sometimes it just really looks like he's standing around not knowing what to do on offense, especially in with Steph/Klay. Part of it is because he tends to stand up a little straighter rather than stay in an athletic-ready to move-stance. The question is does it also imply, he's less ready to react or positioned incorrectly or does he need to more proactively initiate/participate in actions in the motion offense?
I'd actually ask – does it really impact his reaction? His quick-twitch reactions are out of this world – I feel like he's pretty great at going from statue to dive cut.
Exactly... that's my line of thinking with this. But it sure as fuck looks like he's standing around disengaged because everyone else is in a crouch or movement of some sort.
But the other part of it maybe is that he doesn't know how to read what's going on in the game enough so doesn't know the optimal position to be in, so just guesses, then stands there, and doesn't change/shift his position as the play develops.
Loon got 7 def rebounds in 23 min, 9 rebounds overall.. per minute that is pretty much at the level of the highest rebound rates in the league. I noticed the rebound problems more when he was out.

I don't know where you're from but I'd strongly advise avoiding calling Draymond a monkey
You do not need to know where i am from - but that expression does sound and look bad - and i apologize for my choice of words -
nevertheless he should not act like this to a younger player - chemistry gets destroyed like this
- this is what triggered our downfall last year

and i got up this morning and editied it !

Yeah, I didn’t either. Whose fault was that anyway? Even if it was Moody’s fault, that’s not a mature way to act with the younger player.
Yes i am not a dray stan and i have no patience for his antics - unless he is dpoy dray 😬
Weirdly, I though we shot the ball pretty poorly this game, but as it turns out, not really.
48% from the field, 35% from 3. I guess it was just rebounds, and fouls.

And turnovers
Only 17 ... kind of a decent number for us. But, a lot of live ball ones, I guess.
and getting doubled on the offensive glass. They made us pay
But surprisingly, only a 12-10 advantage in second chance points
I was looking for that stat. I feel like most of those 12 points came in the 2nd half lol

Klay needed that buzzer beater for a morale booster.
What were you all worried about? Dray hit two threes.
Dray gave us a nice scoring boost on a night we really needed it
I thought Podz was on shorter side but he was about Klays size when he was next to him
It's the white fro, man

In a nailbiter, this one's over: Boston 155, Indiana 104
Yeah but the actual game wasn't really as close as the score might have you believe.
We seem to have the magic to win these ugly games where we have no business winning this year. Something feels #special
It’s called: we play good defense.
Last year this was a sure loss - you are correct - something does feel #special
Man, I was doubting that closing lineup, but it came through in the end. Steph and Klay, man. The OG Splash Bros.
For me the defensive rebounding stank - looney, man, we love you but we need those defensive rebounds
Podz could have helped with rebounding

That's what the Kings get for Sabonis hitting that bullshit ass bank shot
I HATED that shot!
Kind of a cluster-f**k of a game for all but about 5 minutes (here and there throughout the game), but I'll take it.
Klay on Draymond's comments after that killer 3: "'Shit, I'm aaalways lookin' for you...' [yadda yadda yadda] I dunno, the rest was a blur."
After Klay retires, I hope he gets into broadcasting and basically becomes this generation's Bill Walton
In his post-game sideline interview he pronounced Azubuike's first name "Killanna," lol. He was still in kill mode.
IVAN!!
That last possession was nerve wracking, but man, that shot was smooth.
