One thing I don't want to see tonight is us jumping out to a big lead way too early like in the first half. I'll take a 27-2 run at the beginning of the 4th though.
I hope I'm wrong, but I'm worried about the Grizzlies youthfully exuberant athleticism injuring someone in the name of "being physical and giving 110%" and "putting everything on the line to have a chance to win again tomorrow".
That 'ish' is the stuff of nightmares for international fans. I'm so glad this series doesn't have starting times as late as the previous one, ending at 2.30am on a working day is something I can't keep up with at this age...

OT: I just uploaded another video featuring whales, but this one is from our four days on Vancouver Island. It was our first time seeing Orcas in the wild and they came up real close to our boat. We were thrilled. (Also saw other whales, a sea otter, bald eagle, lots of seals and sea lions and various other birds. Check it out if you’re so inclined. (As always a “thumbs up” if you have a YouTube/Google account would be appreciated.) https://youtu.be/kGku-PUiedM
Dillon Brooks said priority No. 1 for him is guarding Stephen Curry, even if Jordan Poole gets hot again. He said the Grizzlies will need another player to slow down Poole.
Milwaukee looks like they phoned it in compared to Sunday
How is it possible that giannis is 1-10?

Wow, I really don't pay attention to other teams outside of the Warriors. Didn't even know Brad Stevens was no longer Boston's coach LOL
The money has the Warriors favored by 2(!).

Poole party tonight!
I'm curious to see more Kuminga on Ja and JJJ
For The Athletic subscribers, MT2 has nice piece on Wiggins and his buying in to the unglamorous challenge of playing the 4 and banging with bigger players: https://theathletic.com/3291041/2022/05/03/warriors-andrew-wiggins/

From Game 1:
> 🔺 Actual Score: Warriors 117-116 Grizzlies
> 🔺 ShotQuality Score: Warriors 110-104 Grizzlies
> Based on the quality of shots taken:
> 🔺 Warriors win 74% of the time
> 🔺 Grizzlies win 26% of the time

Also perhaps notable if their metric is worth anything at all, they had the Mavericks at 65% to win Game 1 and the Sixers at 65% to win Game 1.

Klay Thompson “banged his knee” in Game 1, per Kerr, but “he’s fine” and will play tonight.
