Maybe Podz is aware that there is only so much night-night energy available in the universe? By reversing the polarity of the celebration he channels that energy back into the reservoir so it can be used again, and again , and again.
I would posit that the road W-L record this year backs this theory up, and is reinforced by what happened in the the rook's absence from the bench.
Steph tapped the night-night well for the 21-22 championship run, that run depleted it and it has a really slow recharge rate.
Witness 22-23 and all it's chaotic bad energy.
Podz is then drafted by the Warriors and as a high BBIQ player who must dabble in the metaphysical formulates a theory. He can help keep that well full by reversing the night-night polarity bringing chaotic good energy to the Dubs.
So far it seems to be working.

Not to devalue Steph's attraction, but the comfort level of the women and their fearless commentaries helped a lot with my decision to delurk. Also, the playful and witty banter and overall camaraderie didn't hurt.

Intriguing points especially about Steph - it’s true for me. I want to shout out the DNHQ team, too, which has been so welcoming from day one, no matter my BBIQ skill level. I’m a willing and able student though. And I always admire a well turned phrase!
Yeah, I certainly appreciate that the face of my team seems like an overall balanced and goofy family man, but I came here because the DNHQ staff and commenters avoid most of the worse impulses of internet discourse! I don't engage in basically any other fam website, for the Warriors or otherwise
