If Draymond were a Marvel character, I'd say he's Nightcrawler with the way he's just everywhere and appearing out of nowhere at the perfect time... those two close-out blocks on three-pointers and recovering to block yurt7 were just insane

We did exactly what we were supposed to do in crunch time without their closer. Take their lunch money. All of it.

The pronunciation of Herro legit made it hard for me to concentrate lol. Had to rewind multiple times. Love the videos though!

Here we are handwringing Curry's admittedly poor game after a close to wire-to-wire win. When other teams have an off night they lose. When the Warriors have an off night they win not as convincingly as we would prefer.

Back on December 22nd the Warriors were facing a schedule of Memphis, Phoenix, Denver, Denver, Utah, Miami in under two weeks. Especially with all of the Covid weirdness going on, a 3-3 record over that stretch would have been fine. Instead? We went 4-1 (with one postponement), and one random ending away from being 5-0.

With breaking the 3-point records, the tough schedule, the holidays, missing players, the excitement of Klay coming back, etc. it's been an emotionally intense stretch for the team. I'm not going to say don't sweat the small stuff (cus that's what we do as sports fans), but among all of our handwringing just be sure to remember occasionally how good we have it.

Eric I am laughing my butt off at work. I am trying so hard not to, but the combination of Pooles' face, the bench celebrations and your commentary is not helping.

Curry theory. With a soft schedule to open the season, I always felt that GSW game plan was to go hard to start the season and try and pack away some early wins. Warriors players just came out hot while most teams were just shaking off early season rust. However, the Warriors outdid themselves and, not wanting to stop a good thing, kept the heat on. And then we all know Curry's record approached and that seemed to throw him off a bit. Long story short, the Warriors have been playing 'March/April' style basketball since the season started and Curry ought to be dead tired. He is adjusting his feet with little toe taps, his release is slow as if he is aiming, his movement is slowed, and the basket seems like its at 11 feet when he takes it to the rim.

I know he must be very excited to play with Klay again, but he needs to get his legs back underneath him. People are only looking at his minutes. But you have to consider the level of intensity of those minutes. I'm not worried, but Kerr needs to get him some rest soon.

Draymond has been great this season, yet you can tell he was extra fresh with those days off. I'm enjoying watching the Dubs find ways to win no matter who is it out there over this last stretch of games.

JP was great last night, and I'm looking forward to seeing his impact the rest of the season coming off the bench. Witnessing his growth has be fun.

Now we are on into January where players have routinely said it is the toughest month of the season, they are usually exhausted just trying to make it to the break. The Klay return should give the team an extra boost in energy for a bit.

Awww, as much as I love Draymond, we've seen quite a few Explain One Plays with him. I'd have loved to get a deeper dive into Poole's 32 point night. Whenever Poole had gotten a lot of points, it was typically on the back of hot shooting and difficult shots, but this time he was hitting threes and dishing assists within the flow of the offense and it was beautiful to watch.

Jordan Poole with the excellent .593 TS% which is only going up!!
