It's great to see that in addition to the wonderful education we get, the Warriors version of E1P retains EA signature touches like The Shining Twins and the Pat Spencer PI theme.
I've enjoyed and appreciated both videos to date, EA! I can't wait for the third vid and hopefully, additional collaboration and partnership with the Dubs in the future. Congratulations again and I wish you all the best!
I still remember the impact it had on me when someone told me to watch an E1P more than 10 years ago. I had never played basketball beyond elementary school (hence my handle) so I assumed these dudes just dribbled around squeaking their sneakers until someone had a notion to shoot. I think that particular E1P may have included an example of the iconic “elevator doors” play, and I was immediately and completely hooked. I had never imagined so much was going on out there. Action and reaction every quarter-second or so. And here was someone willing to break it down for me in a way that was accessible and funny, but also a warm-hearted celebration of the all-you-can-do-is-laugh talent, skill and dedication behind one of the greatest teams in any sport in any time. For me, Eric is as much a part of my Warriors experience as Steph himself. And I have nothing to add to that, other than to say Thank you.
Thank you at @EA - this is eye opening about JB's gravity - sometime just so subtle that people like me miss it, especially in the throes of a warriors game!!
Also, absolutely kudoes for all the various bendings - I am a big fan of Avatar Roku!!!
So, should the Dubs and their fans start setting their clocks to JBT and start using vector arrows in their celebration audits!!
p..s my 14 YO also very much enjoyed the humor in the E1P!!
EA, the heart and soul you shared with us led with hope, courage, and a generosity of spirit that sustained me in difficult times. It was always more than just basketball and more than just a video. Profound respect and gratitude to you. And, I’ll never forget the twins.
Eric, THANK YOU for your creativity, passion, and dedication. Being rewarded with a contract to work for the Warriors franchise must be the cherry on top for all those years of hard work. Your timeline makes me so much more appreciative of you.
E1P's are my favorite sports content period(besides the actual sports). Waking up to bask in the glow of a warriors victory, while I sipping my coffee, watching the legend break down the dubs offense, and looking forward to whatever comedic moment of celebratory comradery that treated to EA's witty wrap-up; truly the best way to start a day.
I will miss the regularity but that just means when one drops it will be all the more special! Kudos on the gig with the organization, it is more than deserved.
Sorry to hear that something that brought us all so much joy had become a grind for you. For what it's worth the quality never suffered, some of your more recent have made me literally lol. I hope with the proper load management we can have you back ready to go for a deep playoff run! Cheers!
Good news. Just read that Giannis is getting set to return to action in next few days. So, that means he's healthy enough to trade for. So I say we just do that.

Also do we go to Jimmy Savings Time in the spring?
Really, really appreciate your comment, Cap'n. It's really good to see there are people still willing to change their minds on the internets.

As of this moment only Seth is on the injury report as Out with the two ways.
>>> As of this moment only Seth is on the injury report as Out with the two ways.
I’m no doctor, but he’s been out a while so that must be a bad case of the two ways.
I may have said this before, but what are the chances any other team has had two players miss time for sciatica in the same season?
Draymond was dealing with it a couple seasons ago too.

And I put this in the wrong thread.
Some of the best content on the internet, hands down. Thanks for a solid decade!
Ha! I still remember the growing sense of dread that season where they never lost. Gratitude and looking forward to what's in store!

He already returned to action a handful of games ago
Not watching the Grizz vs LA game, but holy crap Cedric Coward's line: 16 points, 9 rebounds in 12.5 minutes!?!?
Grizz up 4 against Lakers after three quarters. LBJ and Luka whining to the refs after nearly every play
Whining to refs when your team gets away with this crap is something else

and it'll end up working, too, I bet.

4 more to go
Turns out winning games in the NBA is hard
Suns beat the Thunder 108-105
I’d have preferred the Suns lose since we’re chasing them, but another loss for OKC is a welcome one.
Thunder have now lost 5 of their last 11. '15-'16 Dubs only lost 9 out of 82.
I think 9/82 might be a smaller fraction than 5/11, but someone check my math
SGA only 8/22 from the field
They now need to go 43-2 to surpass the 15/16 team.
Once the Spurs got them thrice, I knew they couldn’t break the record. Glad they have to face some obstacles. It was getting boring.
44-2 to pass, 43-3 to tie
If they go 43-3, I'd just tip my cap to them.
Don't want OKC to get the record, but if they managed that, they would deserve it.
