I just wanted to add my thanks to Splash Fro, for your DNHQ debut writing a recap of Klay's homecoming. It was wonderful getting to read the experience and relive everything, from the excitement of seeing Klay back at Chase Center to the intensity of watching a highly competitive game. It brought back all the emotions from last night. What a game!
And Phoenix with their 9-3 record has a net rating of 0.5, having scored only 6 more points than their opponents. Coming off a loss to the Kings, who had just lost to the Spurs by 20. The Spurs are now 6-6, and Wemby is cooking... interesting.
LeBron, and AD took over... and Knecht was great shooting...
Grizzlies played a lot of players but did not do so well when JJ Jr. was sitting.
Their depth may be able to match the energy and stamina of the Ws, but their bench players did not show so much defense against the Lakers... my humble TV on mute scouting report.
Having a legit stretch big opens up a lot for them and Ant. Which is why I think if we had one even not at Kats caliber would open up so much for Jk and Wiggs as well
Another young big who looks pretty good pretty early in their career, shout out Wiseman and all the "bigs take longer to develop" lines trotted out by the organization.
In a similar vein, does it look like Luka gets a bit tubbier every year? He looks Shaq-level out of shape this year. Still working that bowling ball style to crush everyone so maybe it's effective, but he does have good hands...

Kick ass, SplashFro.
Lakers beat the Grizzlies 128-123. Grizzlies are now 7-5, while the Lakers are now 7-4.
Moses joins the Run it Back this morning and talks Klay, GSW, Steph, Dray, and more

Dubs are now second in the West, and only 0.5 a game behind OKC who have played and won one extra game.

Dang. That is both clutch and concerning for them. They are edging a LOT of teams, and it seems like the math is bound to catch up with them.
Without kd it for sure will and already did vs the kings
OKC will play against the Suns next. And it'll be an NBA Cup game.
The Wolves didn't lose 3 in a row until the second round of the Western Conference semifinals. They have lost 3 in a row to:
Miami without Butler
Portland without Simons and Ayton
Portland without Simons, Ayton and Williams
They're a bad team right now. Nothing else to be said.

Another example of messing with what’s working and changing the chemistry.
Be careful what you wish for.
Did the trade make both teams worse?
I picked them to be under 52 wins this season, was way too high after the Kat trade.
DDV and Ant 0-15 on threes. Regression to the mean in the house.
So... all the youngsters and all the picks for Ant? Lolz...
Grizzlies were doing so well in the first 3 quarters, but they have fallen apart in the 4th quarter.
LeBron, and AD took over... and Knecht was great shooting...

Knecht looking like a steal.
Pelinka might actually be able to draft when he doesn’t have certain outside influences dictating what he has to do.
Another upset win for the Blazers over the Wolves. Blazers have beaten the Wolves twice, the Pelicans twice, and the Clippers once.
Blazers beat the Wolves two nights in a row.
Wolves falling apart without Kyle Forman Anderson?
Time to panic. Trade Ant for Pat Spencer.
Are the Wolves throwing in draft compensation? Because Pat should be coming into his prime...
Is it verboten to think KAT was the secret ingredient for them?
Having a legit stretch big opens up a lot for them and Ant. Which is why I think if we had one even not at Kats caliber would open up so much for Jk and Wiggs as well
30 points for LeBron. So far.
Clingan is good
17 points, 13 rebounds, 8 blocks
Another young big who looks pretty good pretty early in their career, shout out Wiseman and all the "bigs take longer to develop" lines trotted out by the organization.
Upset alert! Kings rout the Suns 127-104.
Suns are gonna lose.
Wow, Marcus Smart looks way out of shape, slow and totally washed. Guy won DPOY (undeserved) 3 years ago.
In a similar vein, does it look like Luka gets a bit tubbier every year? He looks Shaq-level out of shape this year. Still working that bowling ball style to crush everyone so maybe it's effective, but he does have good hands...
So hard to tell if he was in worse shape than last year. But clearly not coming in ripped and ready.
Blazers-Wolves is a close game
Lakers are shooting the ball well (53%), but so are the Grizzlies (56%).
Grizzlies looked disorganized but hung tough
and doing much better this half... Jaren Jackson does well as a two way player and Marcus Smart's return seems to have helped.
So Cavs gonna break our 24-0 record? I guess we have to root for Celtics to beat them atleast 1 out of 2. Yuck!
Nah. They won't pass 17
