Thanks for including the footage of Moody going off in the G league. I hope the kid gets a chance at some minutes with the big club eventually. He and Kuminga both ought to get some time in the final third of the season, if not sooner.

Warriors need to stay far away from centers who think like this (Christian Wood as well). They need a starting center who is willing to be the best "rotational role player" they can be.
> The Warriors couldn’t put Portland away, but it felt like they were kept at a nice safe arms’ distance as Otto Porter and Jordan Poole covered for Curry’s cold night.
The good news is we still came away with the win, *and* Steph's 2-point game was back to looking smooth. And we have the best record in the NBA (now there's a "record" worth pursuing). And we have at least 10 guys who contribute to winning basketball on the regular. And no new injuries. And our double-digit home streak continues. And the rooks are developing well in the G-league.
The bad news is, people are still going to be talking about this silly 3pt record for the next few days. And more road games coming up.
I would like this record shizzy to just be done so I can get back to enjoying wins and Steph can get back to dropping 9 threes a night on the regular. I do not like this. I also do not like all the ding dang missed (or at least not made) foul calls.
Fan of the funnest basketball team in the world problems, I know.
Look how balanced that off the dribble three by Moody is around 25 seconds. He's still probably gotta speed up the move itself to be able to get it off in the NBA though, but it's a work in progress.
Also listen to how this commentator pronounces Kuminga's name in the first half of the video lol.
The difference between the 1 and 4 seed in the West is the same difference between the 1 and 13 seed in the East, 7 games. The East is really crowded in the middle. I do think there are a clear 3 leaders in the East (Nets, Bulls, Bucks), but they haven't separated yet.
Warriors 21-4, but with some better bounces could easily be 25-0.
The losses to Memphis, Charlotte, and SA were all basically bullshit; and even in the one game we were legitimately outplayed (@ Phoenix) we were within a point with the ball in the last five minutes.

Not sure I understand this: https://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/32829769/indiana-pacers-toronto-raptors-cancel-practice-protocols-precaution. It isn't clear to me that they have any testing results influencing this decision? If teams start canceling practices on the regular that's going to make things even more challenging than they currently are.

Steph now +304 on the season, widening his lead over second place Giannis at +204. Dray is the next highest Warrior at +174.

Curry: 8/19 (6/17) 22
Poole: 5/14 (2/10) 20
Duby grading on a curve?

Overall, feels like a pretty happy balance.

Man, ESPN SVP putting Dame on the spot, asking him about Steph and the record.
Dubs got out-assisted tonite (23-22) - is that the first time this season? (Too lazy to pull up game data)
