OKC seems like a trap game coming up the way they are playing - we are not the powerhouse rolling through any more - best thing tonight was the fantastic spark by joKu to give us that boost at a critical phase - last year it was OPJ and GP2 would give us these kind of sparks - now JK and DDV need to consistently give us that spark
Ummm.. I'm pretty sure one was part of Cavs 3-1 comeback, in which I very much wish the Warriors won but the finals trophy seems to indicate otherwise. I have tried to erase it from my memory though, so who knows.
You and Dan have better memories than me. I don't remember that at all. I think last game they said Steph has been tossed three times in the regular season.
That just means you have been more successful erasing it from memory! I am envious. Though I don't want to be greedy, 3 championships since then is an ok karmic result.
Shit how can we keep DDV for the long term. He plays the right way and from the way he talks to younger guys(he was mic’d up tonight), he’s a good leader.
They replayed on NBA TV Live Steph’s three where he was blatantly fouled. Even the announcer yelled that it was a foul. These refs are blind and inept.
I know calling an NBA game has got to be difficult, but what I can't understand is why it doesn't feel like the mistakes happen evenly on both sides. Could be confirmation bias -- I am a fan, after all -- but it's infuriating.
Reminds me of the Jimmy Butler foul on Steph that was overturned on review. As long as you only touch the hand you can basically rip a guys arm off. If it’s Steph.
Post game is up, featuring a BRAND NEW LOGO is up
(Ivan is just the absolute best!)

Beer of joy.
double cheeseburger for 2 game winning streak :)
Kings still have 21 road games to play (most in the conference by far). #3 seed is pretty wide open.
I’m not sure #2 is quite out of range. We have to play a lot better tho.
Getting greedy here but the way Grizz are trending, who knows they may fall down to open up #2. I doubt it though since they are going to home now.
The only downer is that OKC and Wolves also won.
Yeah to OKC, but nah I'm glad the Grizzlies lost lol

are there trap games when you're .500 and battling for a playoff life?
I wonder what the Warriors record in the three games after Steph has been tossed. This is a W. I'm willing to bet the other two were as well.

Well we definitely didn't win after that game 6 toss
Could we please take the wins without the tosses?
If only Klay didn't have a clunker of a game against Nets (he has been on a roll otherwise). We be tied for #4
Makes sense
Loved seeing the Warriors pull away in the last 6 minutes or so. That was brilliant.
And Jonathan Kuminga needs 25 minutes per game on the regular. Wow!
Agreed but maybe getting a rebound next game would be great....but I'm not gonna nitpick
Why not 35? Serious question.
If his 3pt shot becomes real, then he can play the 3-5, then yeah he can prolly be a 35 min guy
I could live with 35. Don't know if the core could. But it would extend their careers.
Honestly if he's playing smart, then yeah

Need him. What a great addition!
that's a question for the future, just enjoying the ride for now
i like to ponder
Sign him with the full TPMLE.
But he may get a Non-tax MLE from somebody
But he’s a year closer to bird rights with the Warriors. So there’s a chance…
I bet he gets full MLE offers
He’s for sure worth that much. He can decline his player option next year and maybe he’ll take on our full TPMLE.
He’s in the 10mill-15mill range from what I can guess. If Pat Bev makes 13mill he sure can get something similar. Fingers Crossed though.
I think we had to use part of that for Rollins, so maybe we have to cut/trade him to offer the full TPMLE
Get a new TPMLE next offseason
TPMLE resets every year
DDV +24
Poole -13
One game back of the #4 seed and HCA in the first round.
Call me crazy, but I think over the next 33 games, if we lock in and stay focused, we can make up a game.
(Of course, we're also just two up on #13, so locking in and staying focused would be helpful).
Steph has started the engine, if the rest of the guys want to follow his lead I think we'll look a lot better moving forward
The meteor struck 😎

I missed that. :-(

Steph is a positive guy, he just likes giving opponents high-fives. sometimes they miss and hit his arm, it's ok
Griz and Toronto wins this week... ahhhhh.
Wardell
35 points on 13-21 fg
7 reb
11 ast
+13
Still the best player in the league.
Yeah. But what about the TOVs. Sonia needs to fine him every TOV
11 assists to 3 TO is great. Particularly when facing the super aggressive and long Raptors D, all the double teams and blitzes etc.
What? Only 7 boards? No triple double? Trade the bum!
Well, RW would have gotten the triple-double. If only the Lakers knew how to use him...
great to see DDV interviewed on NBC post game by Bonte and co
I miss GP2 as much as the next guy but DDV is doing such a great job in his place AND THEN SOME
Agreed. Serious upgrade
