Hornets beat the Lakers 134-130. This was the game I thought the Lakers were going to win, but I'm glad my prediction was wrong. Lakers fall to 13-19 and remain #13 in the West.

I still think the Warriors can win the chip this season if they survive this stretch. Will they survive this stretch though?

Why not let Wiseman operate posted up at the elbow as a distributor? Turn him into D-West with hops. He's already proven that with his length he can reach the rim for a dunk from there in a single stride and, with his soft touch, can shoot a high percentage on mid-range shots. That would put tremendous pressure on the defense, creating open shots for Steph, Klay, Wiggs & JP3.

I suppose that as lefty he might prefer to use the R elbow instead of the L where West usually operated.

76ers beat the Clippers 119-114. Clippers at full health is scary. Embiid had 42 points on 18/29 FGs and 5/5 FTs and Harden had 20 points and 21 assists. Kawhi had 27 points on 12/19 FGs and 2/2 FTs, PG had 19 points on 7/17 FGs and 2/2 FTs, and Powell had 21 points on 8/13 FGs and 3/7 FTs.

It would be easier to pull for JP while he goes through a shooting slump if he was at least a bit more of a grinder. He seems content to let others rebound on both ends and scramble for loose balls. It would be nice to see him hound his man up the court every once in awhile instead of gambling on steals. There are so many ways to impact winning when your shot’s not falling and I really feel like he could contribute more. Just me.
