I used to be, I watched every game of the A’s 20 game win streak but the shit ownership really made me give up on them a few years ago. Raiders also shit ownership but hey they got a shiny new stadium and some nice offensive weapons. So I see if they’re doing well in the beginning of the season before I decide to invest or not into their season.
I think even with those 3 playing heavy minutes they'll have their moments of stink too. It really comes down to THE TEAM AS A WHOLE has to play together or we're screwed. No other way around it
We were right there in Dray( -1 ) and Steph's (+2) minutes. Poole's -33 did us in. With both Steph and Jordan playing 34 minutes the difference is stark
His potential of being a brilliant offensive player doesn't even intrigue me anymore. He has too many other backbreaking flaws to play a significant role on a championship contender. One can hope he'll improve but IQ and whatever is in your DNA isn't really coachable... is it?
His identity as a player seems mostly developed at this point. He's "only" 23, but he's been in the league for almost 4 full seasons now. He will probably get better, but I don't think he's gonna radically change his style of play by the time he's in his technical prime.
Steph has been an incredibly chill franchise player during his time here but I hope he puts his foot down and demands the necessary changes to right this ship heading into next year. Whatever the change is. I don't know what it is but clearly something is wrong.
It was easier to still have that hope even during our stinker stretch because we showed we were more than capable at the beginning of the season. Not the case this year lol
I think I’ve seen enough to say that this team is for sure not winning a championship this year, and ceiling is first round/maybe second round exit. West is too good this year and IF we even make it to the playoffs we won’t be in a favorable position given our standing
come cry in your ice cream: https://dubnationhq.com/p/postgame-familiar-sadness-thread
Would you guys feel any differently if we had same home and road record and were still . 500?
I think road record gives me more worries than overall record.
No I’d feel better
Shit I’d be mad too if my teammate is Poole and he made 30mill a year while pooping his pants all game long.
Poole makes just around 4M though. . .
If we beat beat Milwaukee and Phoenix at home I think they should start taking a food tester with them on the road
If only J-RIDAH was around to the blame the nightlife on the road
Well... at least I'm not a diehard Raiders and As fan (at least not for the last 20 years). That makes me feel a bit better about this season.

Haha, a big shiny stadium in Vegas filled with opposing fans
At point do they start increasing Steph, Dray and Klay's minutes?
Steve probably knows its hopeless. Those 3 can't save this team by themselves even if they play 40+ minutes
They easily can
Just gotta keep #6 seed or better till Wiggs and GP2 come back

Saturday
Well atleast people can't complain that PBJ didn't get run

Don't want to pile on about JP, but his minutes need to be chopped. His leash is too long.
Operation .500 baby!
Gimme a minute but post-game coming
Back when Jordan Poole didn’t suck, it made me feel less bad about not picking Haliburton.
19 Ast, 1 TO tonight. And that's practically typical for Halli. Brings a tear to my eye.

Can Meyers/Meyers' successor trade him for anything worthy?
2017-2018- We have too many bigs.
2022-2023- We have too many guards.

Like what?
"I don't know what it is but clearly something is wrong."
Yeah, but like what?
Lol. You guys cracked me up. Much needed
I do think the roster looks a lot different next season.
Whether it's personnel or a scheme change. Something. Whatever it is. Steph knows. I trust him.
i know we're suppose to stay positive around here, but i kinda enjoy the doom and gloom comments
Me too, and I've been anti-doom and gloom the past two seasons lol
Sometimes you just gotta embrace the sadness. Winning the whole enchilada nine months ago makes it easier.

Our self defense instincts are kicking in from sitting through the dark ages. Expect the worst

I suspect the same. Hoping for the best tho
Won 3rd quarter by 34-22, lost 4th quarter 17-32.
