This was my first game at Chase. Definitely a fun one. Now a four-game road trip. 3-1 should be the goal. And let's beat the Nets, please.

Dunno if this was posted already, but this is an incredible Dray interview about his relationship with Steph and Kay.

This was no test. Vucevic was out. As you know, the Ws haven't really beaten anyone yet. ;-)

This was a very satisfying capper to a very satisfying home stand. Even the loss was a good learning experience to never let up.

When GP2 and Steph are out there together it’s almost like the Globetrotters are in town; they are so quick with the outlet passes and the basics that even those are a show. The ball is like a popcorn kernel.

Iguodala makes the Warriors THE WARRIORS and Draymond is just freaking awesome.

When Steph gets that bounce like he had in the third, and the D looks like a single organism we are going to keep seeing opponents souls shatter and hearts break all year. It’s going to take great basketball to beat the Warriors this year and we as fans will be ENTERTAINED!!!

Great capper to the homestand.

Sure, the Bulls had no Vucevic, but we still beat them by 26. And even without him they are no scrubs.

It’s insane that the only loss we’ve had came in overtime.

Anyway, let’s keep this thing rolling on the road. First up is yet another test game, against an old friend and his new “superteam” (who people will say also suck because one of their stars is missing due to being an anti-vaxxer on top of being a flat-rather space cadet).

Onwards and upwards.

To paraphrase a few old Sharks fans friends of mine:

“We STILL Hungry!”

That Eurostep and finger roll from Draymond... I have no words.

Nice game! It had everything - except I’m a little worried JTA will get pushed into the background by our incredible depth. And with Lee, Thompson and Wiseman out, I’m having a hard time imagining the rotations when everyone’s healthy.

We need the NBA to allow six to a team.

Remember last year’s seven man rotation? What a change.

KILLMONGER!!

The ridiculous thing is, we have significant room to improve:

- Klay coming back obviously (fingers crossed).

- Poole looks like last year's version rather than this preseason's version. If he can get anything close to that level, we'd be golden (no pun intended).

- Steph has been great obviously, but I think we all know he can play better than he has thus far this year (though I think he's been intentionally coasting against bad teams).

- I don't think our rotations are anything close to optimized.

One short-term negative is that bringing Wiseman into the rotation will likely be a significant negative to the team's ability. We'll see how Kerr copes with that.

Of course, we're a pretty injury prone team so someone like OPJ could get hurt and really set us back as well. And of course, if Steph or Dray get injured, that completely kills us.

If the Warriors insist on keeping the pick this summer, draft my guy Jaquez from UCLA, please and thank you.

So the Steph substitution pattern change was made under the guise of reducing his minutes, but so far he's averaged 33.6 min per game vs. 34.2 last season. Thirty-six seconds is not much of a change.

Is it an effort to get Steph subbed in and out to give defenses less extended time to focus on him? He's playing the first 6 minutes of quarters and then he comes back in for the last 2 minutes. Or perhaps it's more like "power napping" where multiple tiny breaks are better than the extended ones he was getting before? He was practicing with that vitals tracker thing early in the season...

Joku (love that moniker) sounds so humble at presser. Poole was super cocky from get go. I think JW is somewhere in between. I haven't heard Moody at presser Lovely mix of young Dubs.

Warriors win while Lakers get blown out by TWolves who got blown out by the Warriors just a couple days ago. Today's a great day

I think Kerr needs to emphasize running more split action and pick and rolls in non curry minutes, seems like it is all passing around the perimeter, no cuts, that turn into a wiggins/poole/beli iso. Let wiggins be the post on the split action, do 2 man actions with beli and poole up top with shooters in the corners or GP2 in the dunkers spot.

This will really help simplify the game for Poole, too many times hes been forced into having to iso on good defenders or run pointless pick and rolls with looney.

Wiseman will also help in this department

Worth noting: the Warriors have been beating the shit out of everyone since GPII found his way into the rotation.
