I'll admit that the Ws don't have that championship look about them. But what can we do except root for them to pull off the improbable? They're supposedly best with their backs against the wall. Well, we're there. It's time to muster their courage, their poise, their focus, and (please, God) their shooting and defense.
I didn't know how far GSW would get in these playoffs, but I certainly did not expect them to get eliminated by LeBron and the Lakers. That should not happen. It must not happen. Go Warriors!
Been out of pocket visiting friends in Madrid, but in case it hasn’t been said, I think they purposely went down 3-1 so they can re-troll LBJ after all the “3-1” shit he and the Cavs served up.
Alright this is gonna sound sacrilegious but if i could make a deal with the basketball Gods to win this round and get swept the next against Denver i totally would take that deal.
40 seconds left down 1 we got the ball and it was a dead ball, why not call a timeout and run something simple for a 2? We had 2 timeouts left and the team was taking bad shots the last 2 minutes, kerr could have reeled them in or switched up personell.
Then kerr draws up the damm hammer play weve been running all year down 3, of course they are going to switch everything. That was insane.
Then why tf didnt we call a timeout when curry got the jumpball?!? It was over a second left
Denver going 8 man rotation, Phoenix going 9 man... but Phoenix is going 9 man because they can't figure out who's any good at the back end of their wing rotation... Phoenix going deeper is a sign of weakness, not strength. Warriors not using half their bench is pretty normal...
My mind keeps flip-flopping between "well the Dubs haven't done anything to show they could realistically win a championship this year" to "if we hadn't blown a game 4 that was clearly ours, who says we can't win it all?!" Of course the second option is still open, and if dubs bring it to 3-2 I'll feel a lot more hope about winning 2 in a row vs 3. But I think the realist in me has to acknowledge, this has not been a JOYFUL season at really any point. And unfortunately there seems to perhaps be too much bench disharmony to achieve JOY. It's been the Warriors secret weapon to overcome all adversity, and unfortunately I feel like it may be missing currently. If our season does indeed end up ending in this round, can we still reacquire joy next season??

Hey, Phoenix. I heard that Ayton doesn't seem to enjoy playing with you anymore. How about you make CP3 retire, and we'll swap Poole with Ayton? *
* = Not likely to happen
