Seems almost impossible that we will be able to get to #3. Even if we go perfect, Kings have to lose 5 games (and Grizz 7 games). That seems almost unlikely.
Hopefully we can climb up to #4 and get HCA for first round. Home crowd has been amazing for the team.

Oh, at the time I thought it was a totally reasonable prediction, er, anticipation. Thought the 1-4 over the second half of the eight game stretch (which still has three to play) was maybe a tad pessimistic, but I would have happily taken anywhere within three games of .500 when Steph returned. To be 34-30 with Steph back and a couple of winnable games upcoming (LeBron-less Lakers, SGA-less Thunder) is incredible.
I think so, too. I'm bummed about Jerome, but at peace with it. If Andre is healthy, he brings the same high IQ "floor calming" Jerome does, but with better size (on an undersized roster) and much better D. Jerome has better scoring chops, but neither was ever gonna be asked to score in the playoffs.
Then sign Jerome to a long term deal starting next season.
Oh what a difference a day makes! Yesterday a lot of folks here at DNHQ considered his game to be trash and were ready to cut him immediately. From outhouse to... well, maybe not penthouse but he's movin' on up.
Agreed. There's a reason he was a last-minute addition to the 13th roster spot and not in demand around the league. (I think Dre was the 14th, might have that backward.)
Elsewhere, Clips, Jazz, and Blazers lose. Lakers are down by double digits to the Wolves, and Grizz are way behind the Nuggets. Phoenix won, so they stay ahead of the Ws.

Take only photos, leave only footprints of frantically fleeing mountain lions
Denver has beaten Memphis. I know that doesn't affect the Ws; I just love it when the big mouths get shut.
Pretty sure everyone except Grizzlies fans and bad people is happy when the Nuggets beat the Grizz. :-)

I predict either the Suns or Warriors or both will pass the Kings by season's end. They're a house of cards, imo.
Memphis, no, cos they're a better team than SAC and have the second-easiest remaining schedule in the league.
Never seen Memphis win a big game
JA said he is ok in the West
The West responded with "OK"
I think West responded with "FU"
I think we can check the box marked "Shawn Marion". What's next?
Lakers are in a one-possession game now...
Receipts: eight days ago, our guy Eric predicted we'd be three games under .500 when Steph returned, and was pretty okay with it.

I'll take four games over, thanks. :-)
I *anticipated* it and said we would still have a chance anyway. And said that anything better would put us in very good position. :D

As you said: pivotal!
We're taking that kick-ass +1.0 net rating to the bank, baby!
So who gets the last roster spot?
I keep hoping the Ws will open a second roster spot and keep them both.
Lamb, I think

If we can. More likely, someone makes him an offer, and we match it (likely to be short term).
Yes
I think Kuminga Jail (KJ, get it?) is becoming an uncomfortable place to be.
The next team that goes up big on us in the first half will be petrified.
If they were smart they'd let us get off to a nice lead in the first half to avoid the curse.
S/O to JMG for keeping us in the game in the 1st half

I still wouldn't be too regretful if they waived him to make room for Lamb and Jerome.
Dude can score in bunches but I hope he cleans up his reaching on the perimeter and stops wandering in no mans land

Honorable mention for Warrior wonder for me

But I have no more love left to give
But he does, and he gives us the love again and again! E1P! E1P! E1P!
Nuggets are running away from the Grizzlies in the 4th quarter. Wolves are up several points against the Lakers in the 4th quarter.

CJ lands on another team on the down slide. Too bad, I like him and I like his game.
"Healthy" being the operative word.
that’s the problem
