We ignore the bad nickname and ignore/shame anyone who uses it. Then it will be used by only haters and snickering kids, and who cares what they use.
JFK can be a placeholder for now. I suspect we'll just end up calling him JK, Jay, Jonny or Ming. Look at the existing Warriors nicknames:
Steph
Klay
Dray
Andre (or reluctantly Iggy)
Wiggs
Poole (Party)
Loon
Wise (<-- still settling)
Baze
JTA (yeah around here I call him Juanito, Our Guy Juanito, but no one else does)
No one on the team really has a nickname besides their name. Other stuff doesn't stick (Baby Faced Assassin, Big Jim, Two-Way Wiggs...). The only one I can think of in big use was Mo Buckets... even Blur wasn't used that much
#WAYTOOEARLY but.. who do you guys think will fall flat on their face from the top 10 this year? The top 7 outside of Giddey (need to see more) all looks like they mean business.
“Fact or Fiction: The Rockets have the best rookies from this class.
Lopez: Fiction. Houston's depth stands out -- Green, Sengun, Garuba and Christopher -- but I like the high-end potential of both Jonathan Kuminga and Moses Moody in Golden State. The Warriors legitimately could have picked either player at No. 7, and they wound up with both players. They are also going into a win-now situation with the Warriors with the right setup around both of them, surrounded by veterans who are going to push them to make the most of their contributions.”
I can hear in my head an announcer getting carried away after a vicious dunk "Kuminga Boominga!!"
How about Congan Cobra for JFK. Hype jam could be RHCP Johnny Kick a Hole in the Sky cause that is how high he can fly.
Yurtseven continues to beast.
Some great interviews from both Kuminga and Moody after the game today:

Offtopic: there should be a chant before game, "Here's JHONNY"
That was a fun game to watch. I so want to go to summer league one time. And dubs should just sign GP2 and be done with it.

Ming the Merciless ;-)
When you google “Congoat” an article about Kuminga comes up.
How about Kaboom?
We need to have a nickname vote. JFK and Kumingod would both be possibilities. Need a few more.
Kuminga is a hot new crypto alt-coin. Get in fast before everyone else figures it out.

On unrelated note, that’s where JFK comes from. Lake Kivu. I say, that’s not bad. Not bad at all.
We really made a living capitalizing on the Wolves mistakes. Thanks again for taking Jonny Flynn (lol) and leaving JFK under the Christmas tree.

Whoa.
