Steve Kerr on the Draymond Green Show, plus open thread
In which they praise the HEAT and possibly subtweet(?) some young Warriors
Draymond Green had Steve Kerr on his show and they talked a lot of topics, including the Finals.
But plenty of people felt they were sending a message to the younger players on the Warriors, about sacrifice and embracing their role.
There has been a lot of yelling online about what the Warriors did wrong last season, and I find most of the discussion to be oversimplified. We don’t know what was happening in practice and off the court. In any situation, it is very hard to keep a team united at a championship level. Given the hangover from the championship, the clash between the desires of the younger players to grow into a bigger role, the need to compete for a championship and the interpersonal clashes, there was no simple obvious answer.

I can't wait to see the Warriors Dynasty documentary when this run finally ends one day. Would be nice to hear more insight from guys on the B2B title runs like David West and McGee. Hopefully we get a few extra segments from future Warriors about the next 2 championships we will win before Steph retires.
I don't even know what a hot take is. Just nice to take a break from the writing I do for other reasons most of every day
