Real shit if jordan continues to go off this game I don't see what can stop him from being a superstar, if you go off in the title game what tf else could ever make you nervous
My mango and mangosteen are waiting this morning, soon to be enjoyed while watching the game and preparing for the beach after the Warrior win. Just livin' the fine life.............
Editorial Notes. Loved the old car metaphor, but I think the transition from old photograph to old car metaphor could've been tied closer together, perhaps at the end of the first paragraph. I also wanted a bit of fleshing out of the second metaphor.
If Steph is the V8 engine. What are Dray and Klay? Maybe Dray is the transmission. A bit rickety, and when it stalls out, so does the car, but when it's humming along, the car runs smooth as silk. What's Klay? The outer shell? Dented and scratched up for a few years, but now it's smoothed out again, and when it's smooth, the car runs like the aerodynamic machine it is.
What's Wiggins? A new set of tires and suspension that replaced the old premium set (KD)? OK, maybe I'm killing the metaphor now.
All series I have been mentally using the 2018 Warrior/Rocket series as a template except with these Warriors as those Rockets. Lose Game 1 at home, blowout win in Game 2 at home, blowout loss in Game 3 on the road, stolen win in Game 4 on the road, and a close win in Game 5 at home (closer in 2018 though).
Hopefully here is where the Warriors stop following that path, there are certainly reasons to believe that they will (have the best player, seemingly have the freshness edge, have more than a 6 man rotation and no CP3-esque injury knock on wood, have the experience edge) but it is a good reminder that these series can change quickly, even at 3-2 coming off of two straight wins.
Curry wtf

Ok gang, here's hoping this will be our last GT of the season!
https://dubnationhq.com/p/game-thread-close-it-out-champs
I want to get on my 5 hour flight east tonight with no questions about this years Larry remaining.
I would prefer to board the plane ecstatic.
27 other franchises rooting for us tonight
I'm ready for that checkbook championship now
🙏 for an injury free game
Wiggins is due for a bad game I feel, hopefully he continues balling and if not hopefully game 6 klay + thermonuclear Steph can help get the job done.
Betting on some AWFUL officiating tonight
lol I somehow missed the clip at the end... "the ribs slap! these ribs will smith!"
I hope we win.
What wet dreams are made of

The betting lines currently favor the Celtics. Let’s take the Celtics’ money and pride tonight!!!

My new phone message for the game:
Hi, this is <name redacted due to witness protection program restrictions>,
I am either currently watching the Warriors game or attached to a defibrillator.
If you will leave your name, phone number and a short message, I promise to get back to you no later than Oct. 2022.
Your message will be treated with priority if it includes the phrases "Kuminga", "Wiseman", or "Marcus Smart sucks"
