Postgame sadness thread: Anthony Davis goes off for 39, Lakers hold off Warriors
but hey, please go check out DNHQ's recent trip to Chase
Welp, no home cooking for the Golden State Warriors today. They welcomed back both Stephen Curry and Andre Iguodala, but apparently the win streak only applies at home. Los Angeles was solid all game, mostly behind Anthony Davis’ 39 points (and a whole lot of free throws).
It’s too bad that this is how Curry re-enters the team, but an early Sunday game in LA after the night of Draymond Green’s birthday was a recipe for disaster anyways. It’s a long season, but hopefully the Warriors can figure out their road issues sooner rather than later because this is not a great pattern.
Whatever though, no third quarter push today, and Curry and Iguodala both came back? I’m calling it a win.
Daniel’s day at Chase
Hey, no need to dwell on today’s loss. The Warriors are 7-23 on the road this season. But you know who is 1 of 1 on the road? None other than DNHQ superstar, Daniel Hardee, who went to Chase Center yesterday and told us all about it.
So please, voice your post game sadness here on an as needed basis, but let’s move on, shall we? Sometimes you win, and sometimes you learn:

The team had 48 wins in the Wiseman rookie season. I predict they finish around there again this season. 14-3 baby!
17 games left and I think 10-7 keeps us out of the play in, maybe even 9-8. Seems doable but we're playing some tough teams. Would be really nice to see a full squad with more than a couple games left too
