from down 20, to winning by 11. Never quit, never surrender!
Whew, that was a close one. The Golden State Warriors logged their twelfth double-digit comeback at Chase tonight after coming back from down 20, beating the New Orleans Pelicans. It was no sure thing as the Warriors crumbled at the end of both the first and second quarters before getting it together.
But then it was a patented Golden State third quarter, with Golden State blasting the Pelicans; holding the visitors to just 26 while scoring 39 themselves. And then they put the clamps on with a devastating 35-20 advantage in the closing frame.
Stephen Curry was a force, leading both teams with a 39 point night (along with 8 rebounds and 8 assists).
Looney was rebounding, Donte DiVincenzo was all over the place, and both Poole and Klay Thompson were there when called on.

Just five games left in the regular season!
I’ve got to talk more about Kuminga, but will save it for a proper article. This kid is becoming a critical part of the Warriors rotation, and it makes me so happy to see.

The Warriors get two days off, and then play the tanking Spurs on Friday. Let’s go!

Why do you guys think we've mostly come out flat to start games this year?
