Coming into the game, you knew this wasn’t going to be pretty. Facing a playoff team (albeit playing without Kyrie Irving) the Warriors announced prior to the game that they would be holding both Alec Burks and Glenn Robinson out as they awaited an “imminent” trade.
That’s Golden State’s second-leading scorer and primary wing defender. With those players on the court, the Warriors are still the worst team in the league by a fair margin; without them, it got ugly quick.
Ah well, chalk this up as a tank victory and move on.
On the bright side, here’s an extremely heart-warming moment shared between Stephen Curry and Kevin Durant.
Dallas 2nd rounder this year (along with two future second rounders)?? That's it!? Market for Warriors rotation players whether in free agency the last several years or trades this year seems to always be tepid. GR3 especially is ur prototypical 3&D player that teams should covet. Figured Dallas themselves would have at least sniffed around with that early 2nd
Philadlephia has acquired Golden State's Glenn Robinson and Alec Burks, league source tells ESPN. Philadelphia sending draft compensation to the Warriors.
Sixers are sending Warriors a 2020 second-round via Dallas, and a 2021 second-round pick via Denver, and 2022 second-round pick via Toronto, league source tells ESPN.

Post game thread of mourning - Warriors blasted 88-129 in loss to Nets; the tank rolls onward!
So can Smiley play the 3? The SF depth chart looks kinda.....dire right now.

Sounds like players are treating it as if Burks and GRIII are already gone.
But there hasn't been a peep yet on where they're going...or even on interested teams.
