Let’s check in on my “eight games without Steph to make or break the season”:

Minimum Target: (2-1)

  • Fri, Feb 24 vsHouston - win

  • Sun, Feb 26 vsMinnesota - win

  • Tue, Feb 28 vsPortland - win

Minimum Target: (1-4)

  • Thu, Mar 2 vsLA - win

  • Fri, Mar 3 vsNew Orleans -win

  • Sun, Mar 5 at Los Angeles

  • Tue, Mar 7 at Oklahoma City

  • Thu, Mar 9 at Memphis

At this point every win in the next three games is gravy. The bigger point is these last three games are TOUGH so don’t get too low if the losses pile up. Especially if you are trying to re-integrate important players…

Oh by the way, Steph Curry is planning to return on Sunday:

Barring a setback, Steph Curry (leg) plans to return Sunday vs. Lakers, per B/R's @ChrisBHaynes

MM and Quiñones to SC. All the other good Sea Dubs players are gone either to the Brazilian national team or to our national team. PBJ and the two ways did not come for the game. Sad to see MM playing with all the GL players who basically dribble, dribble dribble, and then try to shot shoot through a forest of tall forwards/centers. Meanwhile he’s standing wide open in the corners.

Glad he’s getting reps, but what is he doing so wrong that they keep parking him in the G League?

Should have won by double digits to expand on that record.

Down by double to win by double back to back to back.
