My guess about Klay was that he was (after a brief adjustment period) be 110% of the "old Klay." I thought that sitting out for 2 years would trigger him into more consistent "37-point/quarter, 60 point on 11 dribble, Game 6 Klay." Klay will be adjusting to this newer, more dominant Klay for the rest of the season, but the limitations of age and injury were nothing compared to the limitation of Klay's mind. There will continue to be "fit" adjustments, but over time, Klay will be better than before.
The marquee auction item at Warriors Community Foundation Poker Tournament was an excursion on the Bay with captain Klay Thompson on his boat. Two bidders were awarded the boat outing for $250,000 each, with that auction lot generating $500K of the $2.5M total for the Foundation.
Just wanna say, you are all such a great bunch to hang out with and hear your unique perspectives and passions on the game. Like a virtual barbershop, where wise heads and wisecracks are bouncing off of each other, I'm learning and laughing and appreciating this team so much more than before when I was just following them by myself. DubnationHQ is a force multiplier for a fan like me :) Let's Go Warriors!!!
That video of Wiseman is why when I read comments on here about how Wise won’t help in the playoffs this year and maybe not next year I just roll my eyes. Even in fifteen minutes he can make a huge impact. And think about what you just saw and now put Klay out there. Youve got to cover Steph and Klay and Lee and Poole and OPJ and Wiggs and in the spaces in between is a guy that can dunk in game without much of a run from damn near the free throw line. He could play fifteen minutes and block three shots, hit a three, and dunk three times. And change a few other shots. And pull down a half dozen boards. That’s if he hasn’t improved as he’s rehabbed. And there is no use for that in the playoffs? I’m not so sure.
Klay showing why he's one of the 77 best basketball players of all time.
JFK showing why he's not just the future, but also the president.
Wiseman leaving us with dreams about what he and JFK could possibly do side by side for the next two decades. I've talked about this before, but look for the flashes of greatness in rookies. Wiseman definitely showed them before he went down (although he clearly still had a whole lot to learn). Just three years from now a lineup that included Kuminga, Poole, Wiggins, and Wiseman could be really really special.
This lineup is completely overmatched defensively
Did something happen to the logo at the top of the page? New logo coming?

Everybody wants to get on Klay's boat lol
good catch from Perks here. Notes that the Warriors wanted Evans for their MLE but couldn't make it work - then Cousins called

Don't sweat the petty stuff and don't pet the sweaty stuff.
Happy Valentine's Day, ya'll.
If Duarte’s hurt so he cannot play in Rising Stars (correct name?) game, can Jon replace him?

Hat tip to JJ Redick, fighting the good fight against StatMuse, who really should know better: https://fadeawayworld.net/nba-media/jj-redick-roasts-statmuse-for-pointing-out-russell-westbrook-has-a-higher-fg-than-stephen-curry-this-is-a-meaningless-stat
