The Warriors are playing at an elite level right now minus one of the Splash Bros, minus KD. Think about this for a minute. Also Draymond is not scoring like he once did and add Looney in, who is also not a scorer. The starting team is really minus two scorers, yet here we are at 10 games in. This makes me appreciate not only Steph, but the peripheral additions that this team has added to the mix. We are now the team to beat, once again. Still Steph's team with a side of Draymond. We still have the magic and should be even greater with Klay's return.

Just musing on the return of Klay and what that will mean for the team. The way I see this playing out ultimately, is that Klay provides the scoring punch we are all pining for from Wiggins that we never quite get. Of course, we've got Poole, who is slowly coming in to his own and could be a scoring leader in the future. While Wiggins provides adequate scoring and defense, he is actually a very inefficient scorer, one of the lowest on the team. With his heavy price tag, I could see a parting of the ways. It's easy for me to envision a starting lineup of Steph, Poole, Klay, Dray, Looney, and Wiggins moving to the bench and in and out of the starters to rest someone. But his price tag would be a very steep one coming off the bench and I'm sure the Warriors would consider trading him. For me, Mr. 17 better up his offensive output if he wishes to remain a Warrior.

Just like that, Steph back at number 2 in scoring, a 5 slot jump, and, an important where-are-we-at win. I wonder if any warrior -namely Wilt/Barry- have ever done B2B 50-10...it would also bring Steph the NBA scoring lead...just like that....lol...just sayin'...

Awesome game overall last night against their best opponent yet (imo). GP2 has been an absolute joy to watch, between him and Iguodala (and of course Draymond) the Warriors are a force defensively again.

Only complaint is Wiggins. I really do think like 70% of the blame thrown at Looney for the spacing issues should be redirected to the starting SF who is shooting 33% from three (and like 20% to Draymond). Wasn't impressed by his defense on Young either. Hope he plays better going forward because he looks like the guy Minnesota fans warned us about right now imo.

I would have been happy with 2-1 in the final three games of this homestand because I kinda expected an L to the Hawks but thanks to Curry's heroics I want 3-0.

It's too bad the Warriors wasted Curry's prime by not trading all their assets for Ben Simmons.

The Dubs are not only the only team with fewer than two losses, they’re the only team with fewer than three losses.

Kuminga Time may have less entertainment value than Smiley Time but it's just one of many indicators that this team is deeeeeeeeep.

Every time Steph does something like this, I try to savor the moment. It's an amazing thing to be a Warrior fan in these days in which he is constantly making history.

With the Warriors down double digits in the 2nd quarter, things were looking pretty grim. Then I calmly stepped up amid all the chaos and posted this in the game thread:

“Close out the half strong and come have a GSW 3rd Q and everything will be ok.”

I should probably be an NBA coach.

My wifi went down at halftime. I just wanted to say that even though it was a tough loss, we have to stick together as fans even in the tough times and -- wait, wha? They what?? Steph did WHAT???

I do wonder what the dubs are doing in the locker room at half time and why they can’t do it in the locker room before the game too.

Fair weather fans only watch Dubs’ Q3s because their brains can only tolerate pleasure. The rest of us know that we must suffer to earn the gifts of the wizard Curry. Bow down before the Wizard!!!
