[Slater] Most notable part of Steph Curry’s presser: He’s still getting over the nerve damage in left hand: “When you have 280 pounds laying on your hand, something’s bound to happen.” - “I’m getting used to what the new normal is. It definitely feels different than the right.”
I know he needs game-time, but can't he just sit out the season? Myabe the league is pressuring behind the scenes.
Wondering if we should have favourite reclamation projects of all time... I think the first player I wasn't expecting much from, but was sad when he left after over achieving was Brian Cardinal...
Maaan, if KD doesn't make it, then Lillard definitely shouldn't. KD was an integral part of two of our championship teams (and arguably the greatest team of all time in 2016).
Another way to look at it: After he joined an elite team, the team became...wait for it...elite.
As much as we all enjoyed the success, and the huge part of it he played, he’s not really the type of player that endears himself to fans...and Warriors fans have been spoiled in this era with a plethora of players who have.
Whether a fan prefers a guy who’s highly-skilled, freakishly athletic, an underdog, off beat, good guy, bad boy or highly-cerebral, there’s been a Warrior you can get behind. I don’t know if Warriors fans had enough love left to give out for a guy who was later to the party and left feeling like it was always just another episode in his story.
I think LA waived him because it became clear he won't play this season. We've got enough players collecting paychecks for rehab already, so no thanks.
Stackjack was my favorite player in the We Believe era. His slow motion drives to the basket was hilarious to me. My username is named after him. Ran a fan site dedicated to him during his stay as Warriors as well. The way he left took a little shine off it but can't help it if Rowell was a sucker. Definitely Warriors for life material.
Using the suggested litmus test of “Would you root for them now with a different team?”, I can see why he didn’t make the cut. He’s too old to play of course, but if he was coaching another NBA team, that wouldn’t make me root for that team. While I certainly respect what he accomplished for the Warriors, I was a little kid and not a Warriors fan back then, so it doesn’t hold a special place in my heart like Run-TMC, We Believe and the Splash Brothers always will. Most of my opinion of Barry the person is from when I would hear him on KNBR and frankly, he doesn’t seem very likable.
I don't know who these people are on Twitter that wouldn't vote for Stack Jack but shame on them.
OT: Steph still targeting 3/1

That's a frightening thing to hear. Jesus, Steph...take it easy!
Yikes! Permanent nerve damage to either hand of a player so reliant on his deft shooting touch and handles scares me.
Mo Buckets
Adonal Foyle
Thunder (RIP)
David Kahn
HAHAHA... NO. Another failed internet poll.
JRich!
Wondering if we should have favourite reclamation projects of all time... I think the first player I wasn't expecting much from, but was sad when he left after over achieving was Brian Cardinal...
Also, Charles "NBA ready" Jenkins and his super-reliable mid range jumper (I was a believer!) Turned out that Steph kid was a bit spesh...
I nominate:
The entire We Believe team
Antwan Jamison
Harrison Barnes
oh i forgot David Lee and his Chipotle
No KD? Sure, he could be a drag but he did help us win 2 and create the best basketball team ever.
Will def poll KD. These things take time. Also I predict KD will not make it.

I agree, but Dub Nation is split. I think it will be close
Who the heck is KD?
Maybe Palla meant Khris Davis. JK
I hate to bring an OT up, but, seems Demarcus Cousins is back on the street! Anybody up for another Andy Bogut Lacob risk? :-)
I think LA waived him because it became clear he won't play this season. We've got enough players collecting paychecks for rehab already, so no thanks.
What about the "Warriors for life" one and only Monta Ellis? He needs to be voted on!
Coach Nelson and TMC, they all got my votes. I remember they beat all 3 Texas teams on a single road trip. That was fun!
Cavs beat Wizards 113-108 (now 3.5 games ahead/behind Dubs). KAT-less Wolves keeping it close at home vs Celtics (D'Lo 16-11-6 so far).

This is totally meaningless if Rick Barry is not a Warrior for life. There is no question, sure he has opinions but the man is a legend.
As far as Captain Jack, the man has stated no organization has accepted him like the Warriors organization. We can’t turn him away. He should get in.
Yeah I kind of struggle with this, because basically a lot of people dislike RB but there's no question he's a pivotal figure in Warriors history.
If we could think of a different name that suggests embraced by Dub Nation but that would allow RB to be voted out, I would use that alternative
I like how Krukow refers to former a Giants player who’s worthy of our respect as “a good Giant”.

we need some Shaun up in here
DeMarcus Cousins ?
For HWFL or to pick him up for the team? In previous similar polls I've done, DMC got surprisingly small number of votes...
Cool stuff. A bit odd to think of Iguodala as an "honorary" Warrior though... he's a Warrior for life!
I love the screen name. Sarunas will get polled eventually in this format, not sure how many people remember him
Love Sarunas! Still can't spell his last name right though :-)

My Sarunas jersey is the only NBA jersey I own.
It’s actually “My-my-my-my Sarunas jersey...”
Yes, it is
Never gonna stop
As someone who stood around to get his autograph before a Rockets game way back when, I remember him!

As someone who proudly wore the heavily marketed Lithuanian basketball team tie dye Grateful Dead jersey back in the day, I remember him!
Hell yeah! Those shirts were excellent. My brother had one he eventually gave to me when he'd out-grown it (in mass; I was still a skinny teen.)
