Well that was to be expected. The Regular season starts Sunday right? That should be enough training camp for the rookies and we should only be down one player.

I actually like how Phase One has been scripted:

The season starts off better than we could have hoped for, the new signings play better than we were expecting, the team chemistry feels like old Strength in Numbers, Curry breaks the 3pt record, and then we slide into a hard to watch mini slump like a; will our heroes survive? why don't they look like themselves? who is going to save them? ​cliff hanger ending...

A perfect set up for Phase Two.

So, once again, in a critical moment, Poole looks at his man, turns back to face the rim, doesn't box him out, and his man gets the carom and he fouls him to end the game.
