Here's a thought that may not have been mentioned...
The Suns, who had an opportunity to beat the Clips to play us in the first round, chose to still sit out all the starters. With all the history we are apart of with KD, CP3 frustrations, and Booker who Klay reminds that it's about the rings, they could have easily said to themselves "let's win this game vs the Clippers so we can show the cocky Dubs who we are" and do some damage control to those respective legacies. To win the game and guarantee an opportunity to evacuate the defending champs, who are a big question mark in terms of who they are, had to be a consideration.
But as it were, all they ended up choosing to do was to sit down everybody even including Dame Lee! A move clearly opted to secure the loaded Clippers instead, who incidentally many chose to win it all early in the season.
Dwell on that for a minute when you ask yourself which teams really want to deal with us.
Not to insinuate that we would be any sort of a favorite in this match up, what I do feel is that even who many consider are the favorites to win it all, the mighty Suns, treaded carefully when faced with the choice they had to directly take us on. I'd call that a sign of major respect.
So either the Lakers beat the Wolves, and the Grizzlies are in a battle in the first round, or they have to play Ingram (assuming New Orleans beats OKC) in the 2nd play-in. Then Kawhi and KD in the 4-5 game. Playoffs are going to be great.
Eh to be fair, microwaving water can sometimes be tense. Microwave too little and you have to put it back in for another 30 seconds, which is annoying. Microwave too much and the water's too hot to drink.
I was on travel for work when that game happened. Omg, between watching kobe go off and the dubs setting the regular season record, it was a great night for basketball fans.... Unless you were a slaty bulls fans sad that MJ's record was broken
I couldn't watch today's game and am about to go out again for the rest of the day but... 157-101? Really? Even against their bench mob that's one helluva blowout. Looking at the numbers, I noticed all the 3-pointers and that the Splash gang didn't have to play too many minutes. I saw that Moody did play big minutes and scored 25, which is exciting. But gee Kevon played 21 minutes and "only" got 8 boards, no double figures, so I guess we have to trade him now. (No freakin' way.) If I get a chance to watch a reply later, I'll see the destruction for myself. Gotta go, catch y'all tomorrow for E1P! E1P! E1P!
ladies and gentlemen, thank you for another amazing regular season. Bring on the Kangz!!

This game was not infuriating.
So we play the kings then the winner of 2-7?
Obviously we beat the Sactos. We then play the winner of which matchup? I haven't done this 3-6 business before.
Dude, are you Sacto intolerant?
Same as last year, except we're the 6th seed.
it's 1-4-5-8 on one side and 2-3-6-7 on the other.
So, it would be the winner of the Memphis/play-in champ series.
yeah, and that could be the lakers
Memphis. I ain't even sweatin'. Ja get the ball, preparing to bring it up court. GPII says "lol."
....so we have an ideal runway to the western conference finals?
It is no sure thing this year but if I'm betting, I'm betting in the dubs on the west
Memphis is in a world of hurt, since they are down to one functional center.
If they play the Lakers, AD is going to beast on them. It's more than possible LAL comes out of that series, if that's the matchup.
That's a tough call cause I wouldn't want to bet on the Lakers health.
Chips where fall where they do. If Wiggins is rolling, it will be a fun series either way.
Not sure if you mean the Lakers against us, or Lakers against Memphis.
but, yeah, they are more vulnerable to health issues. I also think we can wear Lebron out (wouldn't be the first time in a 7 game series).
I think having both GPII and DDV to guard Ja is huge, if that's the matchup.

Draymond keeps his receipts.
What's the meaning?
Insecurity about what?
Rudy Gobert tweeted the same sentence when Draymond punching Jordan was leaked. It's an ironic echo.
Thank you so much!
Thanks for asking. I had no clue either since I'm not a tweeter.
Hah! That's actually pretty funny on Dray's part.
Glass houses shouldn't throw stones.
Glass houses have arms?
1. Nuggets
2. Grizzlies
3. Kings
4. Suns
5. Clippers
6. Warriors
7. Lakers
8. Timberwolves
9. Pelicans
10. Thunder
Light the meme Kangz
After all of that, Austin Rivers didn't get in the game at all and he still sucks!!
Apparently, he went back into the locker room to talk Rudy down a bit.
So, good teammate, even if he didn't do anything in the game.
2 bad teammates don't make a good one. /s

I thought it was 7&8 play each other and the loser plays winner of 9&10? 🤷♀️
this is correct.
Timberwolves beat the Pelicans 113-108. Wolves move to 42-40 and #8 while the Pels fall to 42-40 and #9 in the West.
I just want to tell you all that Eric can't be bothered to love you with that level of opponent. Sorry.
It's true, I only am moved to confess my love after emotional games. This one had all the tension of microwaving a cup of water
Eh to be fair, microwaving water can sometimes be tense. Microwave too little and you have to put it back in for another 30 seconds, which is annoying. Microwave too much and the water's too hot to drink.
It gets worse. Often the issue is that the cup gets hot but the water does not, worst of both worlds. Life is not easy.
So basically the Mavs
It felt like that last game of the 73 win season. You knew they were going to win that game the instant the previous game ended.
I was on travel for work when that game happened. Omg, between watching kobe go off and the dubs setting the regular season record, it was a great night for basketball fans.... Unless you were a slaty bulls fans sad that MJ's record was broken
Eric's too busy trying to find Kawhi and give him a hug.
Last time Warriors and Kings were in the same postseason: 1975
Wow
Let's goooooooo 6 seed baby! Hope that beam got enough Action in the reg season bc I don't see it getting lit more than 3 more times! Wahooooo
Just met random Lakers fans at the bar. Haha, people are ready for the post season.
The west is gonna be so much fun this year. I might actually watch non-warriors games for once.... Maybe

It was surprisingly not exciting even with all the splashy numbers. The opponent was god awful.
